Ive been to most of the Rack outlet stores and there are great FINDS to be had. If you know the merchandise from the Nordstrom stores, you can identify it here as well and locate some teriffic discounts. The clearance section has even better deals. I recently bought a black leather blazer from Lafayette 148 for $82.00 marked down from $700.00. What a find ! The shoe department has deals and yes, it is a bit chaotic, but I believe the customers are partly responsible for the shoes falling off the racks and on the floor. If you dont mind shopping for a deal and using some time to do it, explore the Rack, I love it !

Selection is good, but the line to check out is horrible. I wanted to purchase one item, a purse. I asked an associate on the floor if they had more cashiers. She said "not right now". If the line is 15 people deep, its time now. If there are stockers on the floor, move them to a register. A manager should keep an eye on these things. Part of your shopping experience is checking out. I went to Marshalls and came back :25 min later thinking it was just a rush. The line was no different. This was 2pm on a weekday.

The style and name brands you love to wear on a more conservative budget! I love going here and hitting the clearance rack. I get some great pieces for what it might cost me to shop at an Old Navy or Target. Cant beat these deals! Nice selection of bags, jewelry and a large shoe selection as well.

Its obviously an outlet where they try to blow out as much product as they can, but this store is generally wrecked when we go in there. I would much prefer the Oak Brook location for selection and organization.

Used to be so much better. It used to carry high end handbags like Fendi, now just average bags. Also jewelry at other locations is far better. Good for jeans, t- shirts, shoes, towels, hosiery.
