Very rude staff here. I have NEVER shoplifted in my life, but I have been accused of it TWICE here. They even called the cops one night before Christmas while I was walking around just browsing for stuff to buy my family members for Christmas, and was literally told by the officer that they were afraid I was going to rob the store because they said it looked like I was "CASING the store"! I am a 37 year old nurse- 411" and barely 100 pounds. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! I have been asked to remove my boots because they thought I had shoved something in them - and no apology when they saw I clearly hadnt. I have been asked if I could even afford everything in my cart which was under $100, and again Im a nurse, so obviously I can afford $100 worth of items. Not only that- I honestly can not count how many times I have went to this store, and they have been out of what I was looking for-and things they SHOULD NOT be out of-like coffee, laundry soap, bleach, creamer, lotion, things that they should be re-ordering before they run out and I have asked multiple staff members to re-order certain items and returned to the store multiple times to find they never did re-order it for MONTHS. This is LITERALLY THEE WORST Wal Mart I have EVER been to, and I have been to a LOT of them.

Went in on the way to mo. Death in family. Made me see 3 managers they were rude n flat out said you have no idea we will not cash if. I had my son and his Id with me. Asked for highest manager. They came to speak to When he did the firsanager jumped right in our conversation to block him from speaking to me first. I quickly added to her I only wanted to speak to him.After verifying with my walmart pharmacy i n Inverness fl who are exceptional he okd the insurance check. The check was signed the manager woman took the check and again said it wont go through to cash before even trying. As expected the check was denied by her because of check services Certegy. I then called them they said it was nothing to do with me but this particular Walmart. The gentleman Alex àt Certegy told me my son n I were fine. Its this Walmart that had has problems. They were the rudest nastiest ppl from Walmart I have ever run across. Down right mean and severe attitude problems. It was in a city that started with a k in Kentucky on the way to kc mo to funeral. Got off the hwy just to cash it because we had no time to stop when we left. Left at 1am so waited until we got a good distance before stopping. Horrible Walmart service. Very very upset

We have actually started shopping at Kroger because the store in Middletown KY never restock their shelves ... you can buy the same items month after month but not at Walmart because once its gone dont plan on getting it again anytime soon ... Ive talked to the managers and they seem even less interested than the guy stocking your shelves ... We can get all of our shopping done at Kroger because they always restock their shelves

We stop every year to get supplies for our vacation. The staff are always very pleasant and the selection is good. Its your typical Walmart super center so the checkouts could be better but that seems to be a typical theme with Walmart in general.

Its Walmart! But this is my favorite Walmart in the area. Staff is always nice and helpful. Always stocked, clean and easy to navigate thru the store. Buggys always roll right, I have never got a bad one there. Best Walmart in the area.

By far, the best Walmart on the planet!!! It was so clean and organized, a more.hushed tone and the staff was so friendly and genuinely nice. Bravo!! Central Florida Walmarts could take some valuable lessons from this location.

Its walmart. Theyre all pretty much the same. There are friendly people, but there are rude people. Sometimes they run out of stuff, but they get stuff quickly. Reasonably priced items, they have pretty much everything

This is by far the best Walmart I have ever visited. The aisle are huge and everything was nicely organized. The shelves were full, it was nice and clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Great staff here! This is a smaller walmart so it doesnt have as many products as the larger sites. Love that the fabrics are still there after a short absence.
