I have been to a few different pharmacys. So far this pharmacy is one of the best. Like most places you will come across someone who is unpleasant, but I havent had to deal with that in a very long time. The employees have always answered my questions and helped me find things out on the shelves. An when its going to be a little bit later then normal they tell me. So I can decide if I want to just return later to pick up my medicine. I really appreciate that when they know a child is sick and needs medication, they work on those fairly quickly. People you cant expect your medicine to be filled when you leave from the doctors office and head straight to the pharmacy. You are not the only person they are helping. They may have not even received the order for you medicine yet and your already upset its not filled by the time you got there. They can only work so fast and do so much. They have rules to follow just like everyone else.

Love the pharmacy and its staff is always very helpful. As far as the rest of the store, I can never find what I am searching for and have even way more trouble trying to find someone to help me. Sometimes there are not enough registers open and at other times there will be several extra cashiers standing at their line, signifying their lines are open.... but still no one to help the customer find what he or she needs.I most often have to ask a fellow customer if he are she knows where something is. The biggest joke is the sporting goods. If you are going to sell stuff from behind counters or in locked cases, which I well understand, then for Petes sake have someone there or at least a really useful way to hail someone. Wondering around the store to finally find someone to call for assistance is totally unacceptable.

So Im visiting from Kentucky and my mother sent me money to pick up. Im only 15 and I cant get my permit till 16 in Kentucky so she sent it with a test question. I go to get my money and they say that its company policy and they no longer do that. How can they let her send it to me with a question and then not let me answer it. When I asked for a manager they told me to leave. Its really frustrating and I ranted about it the whole way home.

This particular walmart has the laziest employees. They wont help you with anything. You ask for assistance and they say its not their department. When you ask for the employee that works that department you get oh they are off today.

Your management really needs to get its act together and teach your employees boundaries. Clearance tags marked wrong in fabric. Employees approaching customers in the food department asking about items in their cart. For real.

More of a Small Mart than a Walmart supercenter. They need more selection like the Walmarts in Effingham and Olney.
