I ordered a game online Sunday the 19th then went in to pick up the game Monday the 20th. The cashier messed up my order and accidently refunded the order back. I was then informed to call the refund hotline to find out when my refund would be back on my card. I then had to purchase the game again without receiving my refund at this time. So I paid 65.00 for a game that was supposed to be 32.00. I called several times the 1 800 number and no one could help me or give me any information about my refund. I just recently received my partial refund back on my gift card. I still have not received my other half refunded back to my debit card. I called the refund number again and they told me there was nothing they could do because they already refunded my debit card back which they have not. I then proceeded to call my Bank toimform them what was said. They then told me that they investigated and found out that Wal Mart still had not refunded my money back. It has now been 3 weeks and this is still not resolved. Im done shopping at wal mart and I am telling all my friends and co workers to start shopping at Meijer and Schnucks. As much money that wal mart makes they cant resolve this issue. I think it is petty and looks like they dont even care..

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. I was traveling and got a flat. When I walked in to the TLE the manager and 3 other people were standing around talking. Not one of them even acknowledged I was there. No one said hi, can I help you, nothing. They treated me like I was bothering them. Every interaction was rude. Fast forward 3 weeks and I get a flat on the same tire. My Walmart took one look at the shoddy joke of a patch job and couldnt believe what they saw. The patch wasnt even done properly. I ended up having to get a new tire because the cords were so badly damaged where the puncture was because the tire wasnt fixed correctly in the first place. DO NOT go to this Walmart if you value any kind of customer service or quality work.

Frank from the paint department was terrible. Not only did I wait for 25 minutes, without any apology, I gave him the code from Champaign for paint that Ive used in all of my rooms in my properties. Although it is directly from Champaign sister store, Frank just tells me its wrong and refuses to help on any way. Its not "can I help" its "I wont help." Its now 45 minutes since I first got to the counter, and hes been nothing but awful. Im leaving with a shade thats lighter than my other rooms, and he has the nerve to say, "Well this sure does look like the paint that youre covered in." Thanks for not only wasting my time, but being a jerk on top of it. Anybody would be better than Frank in the paint department at Walmart in Savoy.

Went to return so things for a while ago. Lady was so rude. Told me the were past the 90 days I told her we just we returned something from this reciept like 2 days ago. She got a nasty attitude and said theres nothing I cant do. I asked for store credit and hands me the reciept and says with an even worse tone than before there is nothing I can do. Didnt even say sorry or anything! I would give a half star if this would let me I have worked in customer service for 5 years and you try to do everything for the customer and at least apologize when you can not do anything.

I enjoy the clean well stocked Walmart in Savoy, but, once again I have returned home minus at least on bag of merchandise. I have been trying to call for the last thirty minutes, but, and usual, no one answers the phone. Who bears the responsibility of putting merchandise in the cart? When I ask the checkers to make sure I have all my bags they are clearly annoyed. While Im reviewing, I would like to advise getting rid of the door blocking fund raisers. A Salvation Army Santa is fine, but send all the out of town beggers home.

The best Walmart store I have ever been to. The store is very clean. The associates and management are very friendly, kind and helpful. This Walmart is a very safe place to shop. The location is in a safe area. For the most part the customers who shop at the Savoy Walmart are very courteous, kind, friendly, respectful, helpful and very good people in general. The prices and customer service are excellent. I highly recommend shopping at this Walmart store! Victor John Fleener

Love the new self scan guns! Bathrooms are nice and spacious and clean! Bought 1 cucumber and got charged for 11. Lol. Good thing I looked at my receipt before I left the store. Didnt really have the time to wait in the Customer Service line to get re-reimbursed, but you do what ya gotta do. Lol. Shopping cart wipes dispenser was out of wipes. Still, overall, I love the Savoy Wal-Mart!

I was with my mother in law who needs a scooter. When she got on the scooter and we started away from the entrance and the greeter ( Im assuming ) stopped her and had her change electric carts because the one she was on was low on juice. We cant remember his name but deeply appreciate him looking after us, Thanks so much!!!

This location employs a young "man" who publicly posted on his Facebook him burning the American flag. Boycott this and every other location if youre a true American Patriot. This is completely unacceptable, I call for a protest out in front of the store. Get together patriots this will not stand.

I prefer this location over the Prospect one because I almost never have to wait long in line. The staff is friendly, and I find it clean and well kept. Only problem was when I came in at 8 they had the meat department cleared out, as if they were still setting up for the day.

Store is generally clean and well stocked. Weve never really had an issue here, other than the norm of only having a few lanes open at a time, all filled with lines. We try to avoid coming here during the week that college students are moving back because it can be a madhouse.

Well stocked Asian foods aisle, loved the fact that they have much more Asian groceries here to accommodate Asian shoppers than any other Walmart because of a higher Asian population here, a 10% plus Asian population, being an Asian myself I am proud of this Walmart

Maybe I just have bad timing, but it seems that the two times Ive been to this Walmart theyve been out-of-stock of exactly what I needed. Its not that they didnt have it, just that the shelves were not stocked. Well be shopping at the Champaign Walmart in the future.

If you are a student at UIUC with a car, go here. It is so much better than the Walmart in Champaign. Better selection, shorter lines, cleaner and nicer environment. The drive over there from campus is also way easier if you live on the south side of green st.

Do NOT order tvs online from Walmart.if u have any problems with it they give u the run around. I got a 32in flat screen for my lil sons room and it started smoking.we could of had a house fire.still waiting on a response from them a month later.
