It was our first time there & we had a terrible experience in the changerooms. While I was changing, a customer had walked in with an armload of clothes asking for a room & the employee (blonde, curly hair) was talking with a slightly rude tone about how what ever is open she can use otherwise no. She couldve gotten the point across just as effectively without the attitude but whatever. So the lady looked and none were open. Given that she had less than 15 minutes til the store closed along with the fact that she needed a lot of space in the room for all the clothes, she kindly asked if she can use the handicap room since it was vacant. The employee was being super rude and persistent on her "no" and when the other lady explained herself, the employee yelled "I DONT CARE". I stood in my changeroom blatantly shocked and quickly tried to get dressed so I could offer up my room to her. I was just so shocked, disgusted & very hurt by this interaction as that is no way to talk to someone. There was absolutely NO reason for her to be disrespectful, much less yell at the customer. The customer was not, in any way, being difficult or annoying. She was calm & asked politely. The employee literally had no business being so rude. The poor lady was just as shocked and of course more hurt than I was. Spoke to another employee after this interaction who kept apologizing though it wasnt her fault & we werent upset at anyone other than the impolite employee. Hopefully she got talked to about basic manners and etiquette...will avoid coming here on days I see that employee again. I feel uncomfortable shopping where I can get snapped at, for no reason at any moment.

Purchased a pair of shoes on Nordstrom Racks website. Ended up receiving an entirely wrong item. As a matter of fact, they didnt even send me shoes, but a womens BLOUSE! How does that happen? The packing label affixed to said blouse clearly stated the brand, color, and size of the SHOES I ordered. The return process in store was disappointing. No effort was made to get me a different pair of shoes. Was even slightly hassled when it came to refunding the shipping charge. Needed the shoes for a black tie event in a timely manner and ended up going to 5 different stores before I found something similar that I liked. I dont plan to shop here again any time soon. Will not order from their website again, period.

The store manager at this location is amazing. I had a suite shipped to me without the pants. the wedding pictures were at 6pm and unnoticed at 4 pm. When I contacted the Nordstrom Rack store in Naperville, the store manager took it upon herself to try to find me the matching pants to the suit. Not only did she find me a similar color pants to wear but found the actual pants at another store and had them tailored and delivered to me at the hotel, all within a hour and a half. Can not thank her enough for pulling out all the stops to make sure that I looked great for the wedding pictures.

Just left the store in Naperville IL. Purchased lots of items in more than $200 total 10 days ago, forgot to use their $5 of $50 coupon. Today I wanted to return and repurchase the items using the discount. According to the store manager Laura LaFemina the only way to get a discount would be to return the items and come back in 24 hours(needed for processing) and look for them on the floor. She did not even offer to hold them for me if I were to come back. How about this customer service? LOL

I love this store one of my top stores to go shopping. Firstly i found 3 cute things to purchase, and rarely like anything. They have good organized sections which makes browsing easy and simple. I had my toddler som with me and they where kore then nice to let us take a cart intothe fighting room where he sat. I loved the experience

I absolutely love this store....sometimes too much!! I usually find some outfit that I really wasnt looking for....but just had to have. I cant say enough about the staff...so pleasant and fun to be around. This is the only store I really shop at, the rest is online. I tell all of my friends about this store.

This was my first visit to a Nordstrom Rack after hearing so much about them from my friends. The store was easy to navigate through, I found some amazing deals and the staff I encountered were all very friendly and helpful. Ill definitely be stopping by at least once a month to check out the new stuff!

This place is a shoppers dream. I have to regulate how often I go, because every time I find a new treasure that I cant believe I lived without. Great selection of clothes, coats, dresses and shoes. But also, a fantastic place to buy undergarments, tights, perfume and make up. Definitely worth the trip!
