Overall store is usually not that busy and you can find what you want most of the time, however, when it comes to checkout its like playing Russian roulette. Some cashiers are polite, friendly, and quick, while others are rude, slow and take delight in making their customers wait while talking back and forth across the aisles to each other and to passersby about their social lives. I applaud the ones who are doing their jobs correctly, but the others desperately need a class on customer service skills. Customer service center could use some work as well.They frequently let phones ring and ring and then answer only to put you on hold and forget you.Mgmt. chain of command when there is an issue in customer service and someone is on break or does not know how to handle the problem is also not efficient.This is very sad, as this used to be the best store out of all the local stores.

I would rather go to Savoy to shop when it comes to Walmart. The Prospect store is always overcrowded and it doesnt seem like they stock much at all because they are always out of something. They keep changing the stores around so you cant just go in and get what u want you have to search. Everything is mixed up if I worked there I would organize every thing myself. I have horrible anxiety and I get really nervous in public because of things that have happened to me in my past. This Walmart makes it impossible to get out of the store in less than 45 minutes because its crowded they never have anything organized and they are always short staff SO the lines are long and its just a big messy store. Bathrooms are dirty all the time but its cheaper than the dollar store and has better quality items when you can find them.

This is a nice store. I am a WalMart centric person, mostly because I dont like to window shop but just go and get what I need and get out. These guys have their act together and every time I have been in there they have always had plenty of stock on the shelves and are always pleasant and helpful. Not always true in every other Walmart.

Coming here for car service and was told it will be done in an hour. Came back after one hour, and clerk told me sorry, technician didnt get to your car, nothing was done. I dont even feel he is in anyway apologetic. Walked away, wasting most of my morning. This is not right, a Walmart store.

Wal-Mart in Urbana have a lot of camaras it is understandable but they also got a guy that is watching every move all Wal-Mart customers are shopping looking etc. What is disturbing is the way he does it stocking them like animals being hunted wow.

Manager hung up on me when I called to report an employee I had a problem with. Very rude. Poor management. If I could give fewer (not "less" like their semi-literate checkout signs say) than one star I would.

This is the better of the two Walmarts in town. Its cleaner, newer, and has a better selection than the Champaign Walmart. They seem to carry more of what I need too.

Pharmacy and Eye Departments are very good. Well stocked with crafts, yarn and party supplies. Overall a nice clean store. Better than a lot of other Walmarts.
