Today had shorts on sale for 40% 0ff of $36.00 Purchase. At check out the lady rang up short $36.00. I said they are 40% off. No you have to buy something for $4.00 to make it a total $40.00 purchase & then I take off the 40%. Other wise you have to pay full price of $36.00. I said no you can keep your short. Thats false advertising. You need to change your sign & note that on your sign. I walked out.

Took the sale paper, prices were not marked as in sale bill. When I checked out, I asked if I could use the coupon from the sale bill, she acted like she knew nothing about it. She said, is it good now? I showed her that it was. She told another clerk she was ready to go home. Very unprofessional! Not like Pennys at all.
