Very rude customer service just talked on the phone to some one from the toys Department from Round Lake il Walmart I was call for about 20 min trying to get through well some one finaly picked up and I was asking about the Crayola building blocks and the women just acted like I was crazy for asking the question swearing up and down that she never seen or heard about this product so I asked her if she can look the product look it up to see if thay do carrier and have this toy in this Walmart and she started to say no she will not because she is not working in the front of the store so I asked if she can send my call back to the front or someone that can help me and she started to say no she will not ? Dont make sense to me I would give no Stars very poor rude inconsiderate customer service if the Walter family would only pay attention to these post

This is probably the worst managed wal-mart in illinois! Items never match the price tags on the shelves, which requires hunting around and trying to find the price for an item. Kids use the electric scooters as bumper cars and drag race down the isles. Always a long wait at the service desk ( minimum 15 mins ). Beggers and thieves in the parking lots waiting to pounce. Apathetic and dim-witted staff. Asking someone for assistance with a simple question is answered with: Ill try to find someone to help you and a hunt for 20 mins for anyone who knows anything. Staff runs away when they see someone headed toward them. The previous reviewer was right..they should fire everyone including the managers and start over.

Going for cheap? Come here, but the produce isnt good compared to Meijers and Garden Fresh and the clothes fall apart FAST. Not to mention I really dont want to over hear employees talking about what staff member is sleeping with what managers while shopping with my kids. Trashy.. If theres enough time for a live action Jerry Springer show, then theres enough time for more people to be working the registers so it doesnt take an hour to check out on top of everything else. Im not coming back here and neither is anyone else in my family. Its just not worth it. If you HAVE to go to a Wal-Mart, go to the Antioch location. Theyre WAY better. Better produce and staff anyway.

Just your local walmart. Not much to expect. Id give 5 stars but I always come across 1 major problem. I have a daughter who sits in the cart. Ive noticed the safety of them are very poor. Places their fingers can get stuck, metal parts poking out from wear and tear, and the biggest flaw is the seat belts being cut off. Walmart is a big enough corporation where they should seriously dump these jokes on wheels. Some are rusting, wheels suck. I get it, they are getting old and you have had them since the store was opened, but its been several years. The only improvement is the tiny carts which seem like a waste of space personally. Cant just have one cart system here.

If there was a negative rating i would give it to this horrible store. The employees are BEYOND apathetic, they constantly have contests to see who can be the slowest laziest worker, and the cashiers are winning this game. I always leave this poorly managed store infuriated that i was either a) overcharged or double-charged for something b)picked the checkout line with the slowest dumbest cashier..this ALWAYS HAPPENS! My 83 year old mother goes to this store and can never find an electric cart. I see fat men and children riding around in them. There should be something done about that.

The black woman at the customer service return area is so rude and acts unprofessional. Her attitude is that of a ghetto, racist rude cabrini green resident. She needs to be fired. The next day I come in she has a black customer returning a product and quickly was kind, full of smiles. When a white person approches, she quickly turns ugly. I saw it happen to another white person behind me, what a coincidence. She is a racist and needs to get a job as a janitor in the projects in chicago where she belongs.

Just moved to the Round Lake area this week. This superstore is no different from any of the rest Ive ever seen. Exactly what its supposed to be. I just wish the personal hygiene items were a little closer to the market instead of all the way on the other side of the store by the pharmacy. Nice store. Staff polite and friendly, despite looking a little dazed and confused. Big plus...Dunkin Donuts at the market entrance/exit. Large ice coffee with a double shot of expresso and 5 Splendas, please!

ThiS Walmart sucks! Waited for cooked food while worker completely ignored me only to be told shed help me when she was good and ready! Then the worker at the door with nothing to do harrased me for my receipt to verify I wasnt a thief. Put that person in an area where they can contribute and stop thinking all your customers are thieves! I hate your service I just go because your prices are great because you beat down on your vendors! Walmart customer service SUCKS!

Thank goodness they are closing this store and opening a bigger one a few miles up 83. If theyre smart, theyll fire all the staff and start over again. Simple questions cannot be answered unless help is called, usually someone who cant be found or is smoking a cigarette out back.If you plan on buying and big ticket items, wait until they need to liquidate the inventory of the store in the next 8 weeks. Stay away from the staff, as they are completely useless.

I just waited 15:00 min on hold, I was calling because the phone I bought my son 2 months ago just went crazy. Its shutting off and restarting every 30 seconds. We have no recipt, no box. I waited 15 minutes just for the guy to say bring it in and we will see what we can do.. well I could of told you that, how about tell me if you can replace it, fix it, or return it or something instead of the obvious. Wtf is wrong with your customer service. You guys suck

I think Gina and Big Love are at the wrong store. I shop there weekly and have never witnessed and as beggars in parking lot or kids using the scoters for handicap shoppers. As far as the service desk have had black and white employees serve me with no rudeness. Other problems as such asking management why some products found there in the past and asking for reordering them I have and affirmation from manager but products never returned.

Had discrepancy with what online said as far as availability of product I specifically drove to this walmart for. The guy checked and said no it wasnt there. I located a manager to see if they had it, who in turn got me a women to scan the item. Long story short, I got my item because someone took the time to look and get it from the back. Department Manager of electronics was friendly and said shed take of the situation.

I have had many issues with this store and its employees. We went in for paint, I looked at the colors and made a choice before going to the in empty counter. We waited 10 minutes before I saw a passing employee who I asked for help. They said they would send someone and walked away. I waited another 10-15 minutes for someone but no one ever showed up so I left. Sad that no one was willing to take the time to help me.
