Bad costumer service waiting 1 hour on the phone . Spouse to get delivery in Friday they bring wrong stuff and half the order messing then they said we make another delivery Monday and I wast my all day waiting then the delivery guy called me at 3 he said he will be there an 30 min and he didnt show up then I went to the store and the move it til Wednesday that was sucks and now they send it to different address and I dont know what will happen

Return desk Sue is very unpleasant. She is trying to redefine the corporate return policy. I have to go to different locations because of her, despite this being the closest store. This is the only store i have issues at. I flip houses and spend many thousands of $ here, this occasional returns.

I love this Home Depot location. Its big, its clean, it has everything I need. When ever I need a new Milwaukee, I rush over to Home Depot. I swear as much as I spend here I should buy stock in Home Depot.

Cant never find any help then when you do, each person you talk to to tells you something different in a different location. Refuse to shop there. I rather deal with traffic on 159th and go to Menards.

If you go to rent something, rent it from a gentleman named Walt. Very nice personable man. Beware of the old crabby guy in that department. He clearly hates his job, and has zero people skills.

Employees and the manager were very rude and not helpful at all. I got different answers from each person and was ignored. Terrible experience, never spending my money there again.

Needed to get a free estimate key word free for kitchen remodel they wanted to charge me some measuring fee etc .I told them to go fly a kite and canceled free is free not $$$$$.

Rental system is not good if you rent any tools 1 Day and you late to 45 minutes they going to charge you for 2 Day so basically they want to charge you double

The people here are rude and unhelpful. Its worth it to make the trip out to another nearby Home Depot than to have to deal with the employees at this store.
