This place is a joke. Clearly they havent heard of the word Menards. I had to return two over the range microwaves because they were damaged when I got them home. Im still waiting on them to notify me about another replacement for the second damaged microwave. Then they had the nerve to ask if I was going to pay the restocking fee.....really I dont think so.

Service sucked...had more than one employee ignore me. Items online price wasnt honored even though there was no mention of it being an online only price. The wood selection was horrible, too. Not a fan.

Very poor Customer service both times I visit this store try to get answers about the product and only get 1 word answers went to the other big box stores
