The employees here are cordial at best, but like every Home Depot Ive ever visited they have zero knowledge about anything outside their individual departments and next to no knowledge about their own. Expect a lot of confusion and blank stares if you have a question regarding hardware, and never ask an employee to show you where something is stocked because youll be run around the store and it will take longer than if you just tried to find it yourself. In fact my goal every time I visit this store is to have as little interaction with the employees as possible. It would be a real good idea if this chain provided anything resembling employee training. But I hope Home Depot stays in business because many of these people would be unemployable anywhere else.

The staff is friendly and helpful and the store is clean. The store is a little smaller than some of the other suburban stores - the third smallest in the country according to one employee - but it has everything youd expect and the staff is knowledgeable. During a recent trip I made a return but forgot my receipt. This wasnt an issue and within about 2 minutes I had store credit and was on my way.

Terrible terrible service. I am a contractor and I go to Home Depot and Menards all over Chicago. Menards is always good. Home Depot usually good, but this location has the worst service. The manager should be replaced and staff retrained. They act like they are doing you a favor. If there was a Memards or lowes anywhere near this location I would gladly drive further to avoid this location.

Pro service sucks, I went in for service and was stuck waiting so long that I had to leave. Definitely not the place to shop for plumbing needs almost everything is out of order. Costumer service, dont even. All associates are either standing in groups talking, texting on their phones, or back chilling in the break room. By far the worst home depot Ive ever been to! !!!

Carol at customer service was very helpful and had a great attitude. The item that I wanted was not in stock but she volunteered to call all of the stores that were on my route home and found one and had it set aside.

They have a large hardware selection but the self checkout is a god send for this place. The staff are useless and thats putting it nicely and actually just better to avoid them entirely.
