First of all, I live in the area and Randhurst Home Depot is great! However, I would rate Home Depot in general a 0 if I could. Amazing stores with everything you could possibly need. Have been shopping here for years. BUT what the hell is this TRE return policy!??? Absolutely terrible customer service decision. I have spent 12k at Home Depot in the past 4 months renovating a house. Tried to return $200 worth of stuff without a receipt and was denied! Just wanted store credit as it is difficult to keep track of 12k worth of receipts. But couldnt even get store credit. Home depot now works with a company (TRE) which tracks your returns and cuts you off if you reach a certain limit or get flagged. This is the equivalent of Home Depot telling its BEST customers to go shove it. I feel even worse for the contractors who rely on Home Depot! What a terrible policy. Even employees are frustrated about it. Solid companies value good customer service. They should take notes from Abt down the street. Goodbye Home Depot, hello Lowes and Menards. What a shame.

hello, i just want to share my story and my experience with this home depot location. I purchased a new cabinets ( special order / whole set ) with a counter top. after 42 days of waiting and as you can see in the pictures below, i received the cabinets with A LOT of damages. after calling and leaving more then 7 voicemails to the kitchen DEPT with no answer, i decided to drive to the home depot and meet the responsible person and that was { CRISTINE DELA RIVA } customer order specialist ** she doesnt have any customer service experience at all ** she was so rude and did not want to listen to me and did not want to help me at all. and i had to ask for the manager. there are more pictures but the system wont let me upload them. the problem not solved yet please be careful if you deal with her and write down everything she says.

Ordered kitchen cabinets here- they charged me $50 to come out and measured and then ordered the wrong size cabinets- then they had the nerve to tell me afterwards that if they were not doing the installation they were NOT responsible for the measurements- how STUPID was THAT? Thats like saying once you buy a car, if you dont bring it to the dealer for repairs, they are not responsible for the manufacturing of the car! After having to reorder several times they finally got it right. Just remember- if you order cabinets here, make sure THEY install so they dont put you thru the wringer when the cabinets are delivered WRONG!

After reading this review and the others that follow you will see that this place has terrible customer service! I called the store to ask if they cut keys and after being told that I was being transfered, I was hung up on. When I called back the customer service department the phone rang 8 times and then was picked up and hung up. Unbelieveable. I called Ace Hardware (whom I do not work for or have any affiliation) and the call was answered on the second ring and my question was answered within minutes. The management clearly do not listen to their customers or they just do not care.

Very bad customer service...or department services over phone. I bought 3 Samsung appliances - refrigerator , dish washer and Stove. All was fine until the product was delivered. When I am trying to call back the customer care to pay me back the Hal away charges(which they said I can adjust if I dont expect them take my old appliances). The customer care transfered me to Appliances department. This guy asked all the stories and asked me to hold down. And never replies for every. I was on phone for 20 minutes.. no reply. This is the kind of customer service they provide.

Lots of stuff to buy. Really no one to help. Every time I make eye contact and get ready to ask a question, the associates at this store turn and run in the other direction. If it were just me, I would understand, but, it is the same case with everyone who goes to this store. Kind of funny for a while, but, it gets taxing to hunt people down. In summary, if you know exactly what you want and where to find it, you should be ok. If not, you are doomed... You will waste a bunch of time to get the simplest tasks completed if you need to rely on anyone at this place.

Its a home depot Ya know.... They have the stuff you want. Simply saddened that the staff has gone from helpful and friendly to run to the next aisle to hide and avoid doing their job. As an example, Im pretty much there weekly, and Ive completely given up on lumber from here.... What I want is to not have to deal with climbing on racks to unload a shelf looking for what should be a usable board. Put the seconds in a different pile. I really miss Mike, Howard, and the knowledgeable staff from days of old.

I dont like giving poor/mediocre reviews but this location has consistently frustrated every time I have worked with them. From delivering thousands of dollars of incorrect product to my home for a construction project last year (which I had to fight with both the location AND Corporate HD to have them pick up for a refund even though it was 100% their error) to never finding a store employee willing to help me with locating items Im trying to buy, shopping in Home Depot is rarely a pleasant experience.

I am very impressed with the service people of this facility...I usually dont see them until an emergency crops up and they very pleasantly and patiently listen to my problem and I leave usually with just what I need....I cant credit just one clerk because Ive noticed that as I walk the aisles an aproned home depot associate always stops me to ask what I need this is way a service business should be run...thank you .....respectfully submitted

Have you ever been to a Home Depot in California? They are understaffed, over crowded with customers and you would be lucky to get assistance if you were standing there on fire. Home Depot Randhurst employees would put out your fire three at a time! I was asked if I needed assistance in every department I went through, by friendly and knowledgable people with smiles on their faces the whole time. I will shop there again and again.

Bought a humidifier; the next year they stopped selling the replacement wicks. Bought an under-sink water filter; the next year they stopped selling the filter cartridges. Bought a shop-vacuum; the following year I stepped on the the hose and broke the fitting. Yep, they stopped selling that hose type. They have no sense of long-term support. Never buy a product that might need to be maintained.
