By far the worst homedepot I have ever been to. Every time I have to pick up an online order its never ready or they have it on the shelf but their computers say they dont have any and theres 10 on the shelf. Their customer service is completely rude I stood in line for 20 mins with only 4 people in line (and yes it was the only line open) when I finally get to her she literally just turned her light off and said Im said Im on my break I had to leave to find a manage which took another 15 mins to be able to check out.... he never apologized.... I have already told my customers that I will not pick up their orders from here anymore. Oh yeah Im writing this while waiting for my order that was purchased yesterday online it was never pulled even though I called today at lunch and was told it was here and ready for pickup. I got here at 4 its now 5. And there is no site of the purchase yet.....

We purchased 2 entry screen doors and a patio door. Our experience was horrible and a year later we still cant get the issues resolved. We spent about $2400.00 and the installation for the top line products we purchased was horrible. We have contacted the sales representative and we have not had any help. The installation was crap and now that they taken our money we are very dis- appointed. I am hoping we resolve the issue because only having one working door is a fire hazard. I would say that this may have some legal grounds......

This is the worst home Depot i have ever been to...the owner should be ashamed of the management he has hired.. there is very lazy people working here.... they dont care to help and a miss ronnie gave me a really bad attitude. . and i wont be surprised if this company closes in the near future and Im not sorry to say that its the reality jus for some lazy ass people

By far the worst Home Improvement store EVER! order not ready, order given to the wrong person, unable to provide me with the pickup signed recpt so I can report it to the police. On top of that, if the customer service was any worse, I would think I was calling Cook County Jail, except the inmates are literate and friendlier than the Home Depot Employees

I absolutely hate everything about this store except the hot dog stand. The employees walk pass you and dont ask if you need help. If you ask for help and they dont work in the area they keep walking. You have to run them down to get service. The customer service is horrible but it is close to home.

Waited in line at the pro desk for 20 minutes before the cashier showed up from her smoke break!! Terrible cashier at pro checkout (Johnetta). I asked her about some screws they have in stock and said they didnt sell them. Didnt even bother checking up for me.

Todays visit only tells me, why the hell did I waste my time coming here. No service, Short handed (employees spread thin), some dont know where the stuff is. Home Depot should be the vocabulary for Insane!

Worst customer service ever. No one wants to help and pretend to call for people to help you on aisle. I waited 30 mins and asked 3 different employees for help and all said " not my aisle".
