I travelled down to Bloomington for 4 years on business, and I probably went here for my dinners / food more than any other place in BloNo (other than Taqueria El Porton). I always felt good going here....kinda like a more reasonable Whole Foods, but a bit smaller, easier to navigate, and quicker checkout. Their made-to-order deli sandwiches are great. The sushi isnt bad, produce is high-quality, organic food is plentiful, and I *loved* the mushroom/olive/pepper bar. I keep waiting for there to be a Fresh Market near my house, and Ill frequent that one (should it come) like I did the one here.

My boyfriend ordered the Valentines Dinner for Two for this past Valentines Day. Not only was this date night special an amazing value, it was also quite delicious. The steaks (filet mignon) were HUGE and full of flavor, the asparagus was thin and perfectly picked and the yukon gold potatoes were delish! Thank you, The Fresh Market. We will definitely look to you again as we plan special meals!

Its a 40 mile trip one way and so worth it. My list of "must gets" starts with Seaweed Salad, Almond Pillow Cookies, a 3 pack of Miso Soup mixes, and then bulk Bourbon Pecans, Veggie Chips, Hawaiian Breeze, and whatever else sounds good. I need to start carrying a cooler and ice so I can purchase more perishable items. So happy to find unique recipe items that arent in my local store.

Shopping at a Fresh Market is an experience to be enjoyed. And this location is no exception. I stop here regularly to pick up groceries for my hotel room when in Bloomington on business.

I love the olive bar! Its a fun store to walk around and pick up one or two interesting things but I definitely wouldnt do a full shopping trip here. Aisles are also incredibly small.
