I am unbelievably dissatisfied with my experience with the Walmart auto-center. Today, we took our car to get two new tires for the front of the car. First, we had to fight with the clerks because they wanted to put the tires on the back and then made us sign a waiver. Ridiculous. Five hours later, no call to let us know whether it was complete, we returned to pick up our vehicle only to learn they did nothing. Literally nothing. Obviously we asked what happened and they informed us, there was an additional complication and they decided not to touch it. Walmart did not have the courtesy to call us about our car, they did not try to work on it, and had the audacity to plead inadequate staff. That was blatantly apparent. Im just amazed at the incompetence and disrespect I encountered. Went to Pepboys no problems. Polite knowledgeable staff, and they took our number. Never going back to Walmart auto-center and will tell everyone about this experience. Extremely displeased .

I went into Walmart tonight looking for something obscure, table cloth clips. They couldve been in Garden, Camping or Housewares. So I went to Customer Service to see if they could do a search on their computer and tell me where theyre located. The girl there was very short with me and told me she could not, but it should be in Housewares and someone should be there restocking, if I want to look for them. After searching for my item for a while, I did find someone. She searched with me through every isle of Housewares. She thought maybe Garden Center, but we checked Camping first. She called for help in Camping, but we found them before anyone showed up. It wasnt even on the right hook, but we found them. She was as determined to find them as I was! I was thankful for having Edea with me in my search. Its nice to know that not everyone does this for just a paycheck! I ONLY gave this store 4 stars because they have someone like Edea.

During a recent remodel, the some of the aisles are so narrow they barely accommodate one shopping cart. Customer produce scales have been removed. Eight cashiered checkout lanes have been removed and replaced with self serve. Never enough cashiers before being switched to self serve; impossible to run own "ad comp." Parking lot with extremely poor layout, especially for handicapped parking. No cross lanes at all in lot which cuts flow and increases safety risks for drivers. Not the lowest prices. Most clerks on the floor are friendly and helpful, but too many do not know where anything is and will point you in a vague general direction. One cashier in particular needs not only an attitude adjustment but a lesson in pleasant customer service, or another job. Store temperature supposedly controlled in Arkansas, and is uncomfortably warm in the summer after 10 AM.

I went to the dog isle looking for food storage containers and they were out of stock on the one I needed. So I wanted to find out if they had any in the back or at least when the next shipment would be in. The first 2 people I saw to ask first had to finish their venting session before acknowledging me. Then the lady I asked was very impatient and told me to wait by the dog food and that she would get someone to help me. 15 minutes later a manager asks if I needed help and I explained to him the situation. He said, "Let me go get Cheryl for you. She will be able to help you" he walked 1 isle over and I hear him get into deep conversation with someone. I still wait until I actually see Cheryl myself. When I asked her she was very pleasant and helpful. I thanked her and as I walked away the manager was still having his conversation with another employee.

I went to the automotive department to get some service done to my car. I had a flat tire and needed to get a new one. There was a man named James writing tickets. He took forever to get to me. When he finally did get to me he gave poor service and could not tell me the differences between the tires. Everytime I asked him a question he went into a blank stare. I finally asked for a manager, and it took forever before one came out. When one finally came to help me I couldnt tell if it was a male or a female until it told me that her name was Jessica. She flirted with me nonstop, and as a straight female this made me very uncomfortable. She even went so far as to touch my arm! I finally just said the tires costed too much and drove away. I will never be going back as long as these two are working together.

We went here to pick up last minute school uniform polo shirts and a few necessities for the work week. If we are only getting a free items, the self checkout is the quicker way to go. If were planning a large trip, we can be in line to checkout for fifteen minutes or more. We usually find what we need and the prices overall are great. Most of the items in the store are in stock, we rarely look for something that ends up being sold out. Ive never had a problem with having to check expiration dates or with food being spoiled. If something isnt right, customer service takes care of it. There are many long time employees at the Wal-Marts in our town, so we always see familiar faces when we go there.

This Wal Mart does not have a good selection like the one on Airport Rd and it seems you always have to be looking around for help and can NEVER find it. Lord help you if you go to the deli counter and try to get hot wings or something else from the hot case when there is an employee that cuts in front of you to get their food. They get served first instead of the customer who was waiting in line. That should be a BIG No No!. Ok, Store Manager from this Natchez Drive store. You need to (HELLO) Re-Train your store employees on how to give good customer service. Remember, this is the South where we cater to our customers.

Typical Walmart supercenter. Always well stocked & clean. They seem to have everything on my grocery list. The one cigarette lane gets busy & its am express lane so I normally visit their gas station in the parking lot for those. They have a lot of self checkout lanes, which I use most often. I have ordered items online & shipped to this store & that was well handled. Beginning of October 2016 they will start the program where you order your groceries online & they will bring them out to your car for you. They were training for this while I was there last.

Somehow our walmarts in the new Orleans area couldnt stay open 24hrs for what seemed like forever after Katrina. This location is the only one thats back open 24hrs. And it only took about 7 years. Thats the reason Im rating 5 stars. Even though people are unhappy with the service they still shop there. Thats what happens with walmart. They kill competition then they feel like they have no longer have to provide a good service. My advice shop else where. try your local stores , keep your $ in your community. Or try saving your cash.
