This place does not even deserve one star...I went there for my annual eye exam and made an appointment online with a doctor named Dr. Helen something. After I went there, the lady told me there is no Dr. Helen there. She said the system online is very outdated and nobody updates it. She has another doctor who I can see. I sat there waiting and went to the restroom in between. I accidentally saw the doctor in one of the rooms when I went to the restroom and omg she was chatting on the phone! I waited for another 20 mins and still nobody came to give me the eye exam. I left without saying a word. What a horrible horrible place...nobody should ever visit that store!!

Took my 4-year old daughter for an eye exam. It was very easy to make an appointment, no wait. Had a really great experience with staff and the doctor, would definitely recommend for children and adults.

Had a 520 appt...arrived at 5. Not their fault i was early...but finally got in at 615. Dont go there if you want people who respect your time.
