I called 05/25 for an appointment, they got me in right away for 5/26 at 10:15am. So I arrived 05/26 at 10am for my appointment because I figured I would need to fill out some type of paperwork, seeming that I was a new patient. So I stood there for about 5 minutes or so before the lady that was there at the time even acknowledged me. So when she did, I told her my appointment time and she says, "Have a sit Ill be with you in a moment". A couple minutes later she brought me a notebook and told me to sign in, I did! By that time it was my appointment time. I set another 5 minutes or so and she then says, "Oh you were my appointment?, Can you feel this paperwork out for me?" Twenty minutes pass my arrival time, Im thinking why am I just now filling out these forms!?! Ok, so I really wanted these contacts and I got a little time left before I have to attend a funeral. Damn near 11am I get called back, sit some more. The Dr. set on a whole phone conversation while I was sitting in the exam chair, one of the ladies kept coming back in forth pulling files for other patients, no privacy, and just for him to get off the phone and say, "Let me get this man out of the way then Ill be ready." Wait, someone whom came after me!!! No, I politely said I have somewhere to be, my appointment time was at 10:15am. Dr. Hulen than says, "Welp, sorry we couldnt help you." Just rude...rude...rude! No apology or anything. Needless to say, I set for an whole hour, and I didnt get any contacts. I will never return...funny thing is my husband is a patient there as well, whom was shocked about my interaction.

This my second time getting glasses in 5 or 6 years.My mom introduced me to this place.The ladies in front are nice and the eye doctor is very down to earth and he works with your budget. He gives discounts and isnt money hungry.I love this place.
