The customer service was pathetic. My glasses were delayed then came in with scratches and the screws that held the lenses were cut uneven causing bruises near my eyes. They re-ordered and the new glasses finally arrived after 10 days. There was no specific reason provided for delay; no attempt made to expedite and it was a frustrating wait. From the day I placed the order till I received glasses that was wearable; it was about 25 days. This location made no attempt to compensate me for my inconvenience even though it was entirely their fault. However this is a personal experience and hope others have a more pleasant experience.

The service I received when ordering my contacts over the phone was great, but its unfortunate that this location (or maybe the entire chain?) has switched from contacting customers by phone to only sending an email when an order is ready. My order has been sitting there for almost a month, but because they had an outdated email address for me, I never received their notification email and I had to call to find out what was going on.
