I went to Westgrove Vision for an eye exam and prescription sunglasses. Dr Nagy was very nice, personable, and Id go back to him for my eye exams, no question. I also ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses (on a Saturday) and was told that theyd be ready at the end of the week. By Saturday of that week, no one called me to pick up my glasses. I called and was told that the glasses would be in on Wednesday. No apology for not keeping me updated on the status of my prescription. So...today is Wednesday, and I just got home from Westgrove Vision...no glasses yet. They SHOULD be in tomorrow. Still no apology for the delay. There was a problem at the lab. In case youre wondering, this was a standard pair of glasses: Ray Ban Wayfarer frames, tinted, scratch resistant prescription lenses. No bifocals, nothing out of the ordinary.

I have been going to Dr. Nagy/Westgrove Vision for years and for good reason. When my grandmother had a problem and needed to get in right away, Dr. Nagy added her on without hesitation (although she was not a patient of his at the time). When I forgot about my appointment New Years Eve, Dr. Nagy/the office opened up the last appointment time to fit me in before leaving for the end of the day. Excellent care is care when you need it (within reason, of course), not only when it is convenient. I highly recommend Westgrove Vision without reservation.

Dr Nagy has been very helpful and attentive with my vision needs. He is very kind and patient. I have problems with my vision for distance and up close. I would like to be able to wear contacts. He has been working very hard to find the right contacts to help me with my issues in each eye, which I deeply appreciate. He also picked out frames that fit my face and look stylish. He is very dedicated to making sure his patients are happy with their eye care. I would recommend him to anyone!

Great customer service. Very helpful in finding the right glasses for your face structure. I hate glasses and it is always difficult to find a frame. The suggestion I received got me rave reviews from so many people. My son and I have attended there for about 5 years and I would not think of going anywhere else for the service and quality. The only thing that I would do is extend the selection of eyewear for children. Even kids with adult sized heads (my son) like colorful bright frames.

Ive seen Dr. Nagy twice now for my chronic dry eyes and he is a really great doctor. Both times he came in at 8:30am to accommodate my early work schedule. He listened to my symptoms and spent plenty of time answering my questions. His treatments have helped me a lot already. He is one of the best doctors I have seen (optometrist or other). He also has a good sense of humor and his office handled all the insurance claims so I didnt have to.

I bring both my kids there (age 6 and 5) for yearly eye exams. Appointments are easy to get at convenient times, the staff is friendly and the Dr. is very good/patient with the little ones. He makes them feel at ease, makes the exam engaging for them and before you know it, theyre done and leave there happy.
