Quality Optical is a well established business. Its been a round a long time. That is why I decided to try it out when I needed glasses. The customer service is friendly, personable and outstanding. The name of the business is quite fitting because everything they do and sell is Q-U-A-L-I-T-Y. If you dont see a frame you like, they can get anything you want that is on the market. From low end to high end, they can get it. Like the jewelry stores, they have catalogs you can look through. As I write this, my glasses are bent out of shape. There are many optical places I could go to get my glasses adjusted/fixed that are a lot closer to me. However, I am waiting until Quality opens to go there. Penny has a special touch that makes glasses like new. I know all to well, If it can happen to a pair of glasses, it can only happen to me. Time and time again, Im greeted with a smile and "Lets see what you got for me today". I surely hope I outlive Quality. I shutter to think it closed because I wouldnt want to try a new place. Keep up the great work Quality, I really appreciate your frame choices and your customer service.

After getting new frames and an eye exam from Quality Optical, I wont go anywhere else! Not only is the staff incredibly friendly and helpful, but their frames, eye exams, and lens replacement prices are significantly cheaper than anywhere else in the city. They also work at an extremely fast pace; they were able to change out my old lenses in less than a hour so that I wouldnt have to wear my less comfortable backup frames that I had purchased elsewhere. When I was still having trouble seeing a month later, they redid the exam and all of my lenses for free! I saved probably 50% purchasing lenses from Quality Optical.

In my various work travels, I have never been More Satisfied with the utmost personable optical service. Considering that I was by myself and it is generally very hard for me to find frames that fit my face, I was able to express my eyeglasses preferences and receive suggestions to try upon those. The time that it may take for the customer to find their favorite pair, the staff at this optical will definitely be your friend to help find whats best! They always get new eye wear shipments and will always give you the best price which becomes ideal for those that may not have insurance!!!

For starters, their customer service is excellent. Very friendly and welcoming. This was my 1st visit, but you can tell by the way they interacted with other customers, that they wanted to create long lasting relationships instead of treating you like another number. On top of that the the exam was so reasonably priced. I dont have eye insurance and this was soooo affordable compared to some of Quality Opticals competitors in the area. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great experience for a great price.

My husband had recently fallen and broke his glasses. My son took him to one of the big chain places and they would not even look at his glasses. They next went to Quality Optical and Penny fixed his glasses using her "spare parts". We really appreciated the service we received and because of her kindness we will be returning customers. Quality Optical is hands down the best place to get your glasses in the entire city. The prices are beyond compare, far cheaper than any major retailer, and Penny and her staff are just excellent. I rarely, as in never, review businesses, but this one is special. A real gem.
