My insurance changed and unfortunately I came here. My eye appointment was ok, but very rushed. They have no computers or fax machine. so when you ask for a copy of your prescription, you either have to pick it up or receive it days later via snail mail. I asked for a copy of my script (for contacts) back in April and I never received it. I called back and specified that I needed my script so I could order my contacts....they resent it (after some unnecessary attitude from "Candy") only for a call back from 1800-contacts stating it was a glasses script and not a contact script. When they and I tried to call the line was busy for over half an hour. I will not be returning, Id rather pay a little more for good service and to a company that cares about their customers.

U do what u can with what you got you dont like it go pay for insurance otherwise sthu lucky to even have a place such as this one to give you something to wear when noone else will. I am more than fine with them have been with them for years ... My kids and I.. And they are doing just fine... I get my exam and what I need thats all that matters hey sure some peoples attitudes can be adjusted in some of their locations for the most part they do just fine

I would NEVER recommend this place...Had my eye exam there and when i went to pick up my glasses I couldnt see a thing out of them and they told me to take them home and wear them cause it takes 2 weeks for eyes to adjust...Really.......Im 64 yrs old and have been wearing glasses since i was in my teens and i NEVER picked up a pair of glasses and put them on and couldnt see a thing. Needless to say I have filed a complaint against them.

I have united health care community plan- so state &&& omg compared to the other eye doctor I went to with title 19.. they are great!! Professional & I have not one negative thought etc associated with this business. ((36th & Oklahoma))

My daughter has been waiting three months for her glasses. Every time I call they say theyll look into it and get to me. Come to find out they didnt even send the order in. WOW hey

Wouldnt recommend this place. Glasses didnt match the RX. And not too friendly staff.
