Worst experience ever from a 13 yr returning customer.I have been going to lens crafters for about 13 yrs and referred 5 of my family members also to see Dr Schumacher great doctor till yesterday. We had a appointment for my 4 yr old son made 3 weeks ago to see doctor Schumacher but to our surprise they scheduled us to another doctor.and I said that was unacceptable.The girl blamed it on corporate scheduling.So I said lets re-schedule (We both left work early to meet there ,not easy.) Some Manager lady came out and interrupted our conversation and said dont talk to my employee that way and that the doctor will come out and talk to you.,which he did. He explained that it was his long day and apologized and said he could not fit us in for a appointment.One minute later they said that a another patient would switch so we did. We where worried about my sons lazy eye getting worse ,so this appointment was important to us and my son was comfortable with Doctor Schumacher.We seen doctor Schumacher and everything went well.But this manager lady could not get over her authority and had to flex her muscles.I got a call from doctor Schumacher at work the next day saying that he had a meeting with his staff and we where no longer welcome as a patient and should go somewhere else because of my behavior.How unethical for a doctor to call you at work over a scheduling issue and ask you to leave as a patient.I am a business owner for 26 years and meet with customers daily .The side show this manager displayed is so unprofessional for the company. Good luck Lens Crafters 6 patients thrown overboard.This reminds me of United Airlines" Board as a doctor leave as a patient."

They do their jobs! The waiting time was minimal, and all staff were friendly but and helpful. They were able to make sure my eyes were healthy after my eye pressure was increased by Effexor XR. Dr. Jenning did a great job explaining the retina scan so that I understood how they could see that my eyes were in good condition. He did his best to answer all of my questions and address my concerns. However, when I went for a glasses adjustment, I was told that my frames couldnt be adjusted, and that they just needed to be replaced. That was frustrating because I could clearly see that they were still protecting the lenses, and that the decorative part just needed to be pushed back into place. I will try again with a different worker to see if I have better luck.

They said my classes would be ready in a week. I waited for 2 and half weeks without a word. Went in to find out what was going on, and was told twice to sit, like I was a dog. Was asked by the same person, 3 times what my name was, at that point I wanted my money back. That took 3 times to explain as well, as he was not interested in what I had to say. Did not even ask why I wanted my money back. Very rude and no soft people skills. If you want be treated like cattle and get angry, then this is your spot. I know retail is hard, but dang. By the way he was one of their Retail Managers, and I never did find out what happened to those glasses. To bad, I really needed them. F-

Weve been going to Dr Schumacher at LensCrafters for years. He is consistently knowledgeable, kind, and always professional. He is excellent in his profession. We travel quite a way to go to him, because there is no one better. We have referred friends and family and they have all been extremely pleased. If you are getting contact lenses Dr Schumacher is the one for you. Getting fit for bifocal contact lenses was not easy because of my eye issues, yet Dr Schumacher found the perfect fit. He will always give you the facts on your eyes and help you make the best choices in glasses and contacts. If you have any glasses or contact needs, Dr Schumacher is #1!

Went for a second opinion. Was told the prescription did in fact change and the original prescription I second guessed was correct. Not satisfied with my daughters current glasses I had the great experience of working with Ana . She was very patient with my daughter who is very shy and timid. Ana was a real big help as far as her knowledge and experience with picking the correct glasses. Well definitely be returning due to Anas wonderful customer service!

I have never written a review, none the less be rude to anyone. I always give workers the benefit of the doubt since Ive worked with people for many years. This place not only had the worst service Ive ever had, but also made my glasses worse. Came in for them to be tightened and came out with them almost dangling, cant wear them and will be going to another LensCrafters. Oh and waiting 40 minutes was pretty rough too.

Everyone was very helpful. I was greeted at the door, right away, and I was brought back immediately for my eye exam. As I was choosing glasses, the associates were also very helpful and helped me choose the right pair of glasses. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Very accommodating, courteous and helpful staff! On a busy day I got an eye appointment and bought two pairs of glasses within 2 hours time. Plus Dr. Schumacher was very friendly a personable and made it very comfortable to talk to him. Would definitely recommend!
