HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service courtesty of KIM- the Pet Care Manager. Purchased 2 small collars @ the Fairview Heights store,- got home & found out that I needed 1 small, 1 medium- so took one collar back to the Belleville store to see if they had a medium. (Had my receipts) KIM wouldnt let me do a simple exchange- exactly the same holiday collar- exactly the same price- because I had used a Petsmart Rewards Coupon- tried to charge me the coupon amount- REFUSED to do an even exchange so I had to DRIVE home, print out another coupon- got back to the store- got another clerk who was super professional and HE told me that I didnt need the coupon because it was an EVEN exchange!!! KIM knew that- she refused to exchange the collar 20 minutes prior. I brought my dogs in for grooming every month @ this PetsMart- but I WILL never bring them back again after how I was treated by KIM- the Petcare Manager!!!! After I exchanged the collar- I spoke to KIM about my experience with her @ Petsmart- she refused to apologize for my negative experience. The other clerks and staff were professional- but KIM the PetCare Managers behavior was unacceptable.

Very poor customer service! I purchased reptile lighting which is not cheap; After paying for my lights, clerk accidentally dropped the bag while handing it to me; When I got home, one bulb worked, but the other one didnt; I called the store right away and they told me to bring the bulb back in the package- I told them I did not have the receipt and they said it was not a problem; When I took the bulb back and told them I was returning it because it was damaged from the clerk dropping the bag, the manager laughed at me in front of other customers!!! Very rude and immature!!! On a different occasion when Petsmart was closed, I parked in the lot but was going into a different store in the center, a clerk opened the door and rudely yelled out at me "We are closed!"

The first time I took my pup there it was great, you could tell the groomer spent a lot of time on her. The second time not so much. She sat in a Kennel in the back for 3 and a half hours before being attended to. I picked her up and the groomer obviously sped through her hair cut. She had strips of long hair and her face was completed uneven. I will not be taking my dog back. I didnt pay 75 dollars for her to sit in a Kennel all day and turn out looking worse than if I did it. Very disappointed with this locations grooming salon.

Long time customer of the grooming salon but will never go back. If you are one minute (literally) late for an appointment, they are calling you and advising that will cancel your appointment at five minutes after. Come on......is that any way to treat your long-term patrons? Take your business elsewhere!!!!!!!

My adorable Shih Tzu is groomed so well at PetsMart. My favorite groomer is Michael, but all the groomers do a beautiful. They all cut the same way. Im thoroughly satisfied with their zervices.
