Im not sure if we went on an a bad day or what, but the fish tanks were filthy. The small mammals and reptiles looked very good... it was just algae city in the fishtanks. Blech. The fish all had white spots on them and did not look super healthy. I would not be comfortable buying a fish here. Overall, its a typical petco with the usual petco merchandise. Its reasonably priced, and they have a.nice selection of cheap.dog toys if your dog, like mine, destroys things in the first five minutes. They did have a few rescue cats available for adoption, and had a toy that you could play with the cats in their cage. So that was kind of cool.

Love this place for pet supplies. That are always very helpful and quick to lend a hand. Chris is very knowledgeable and has a genuine passion for his job that is rare these days and a true love of all pets. Every time Im in the store he is quick to greet with a smile and always has great advice for everyone. The prices are on point with most online pricing and you get the benefit of supporting local jobs.

Not a very helpful staff. Cashiers are cheerful, but when asking a staff member about vitamins for parakeets or food for guinea pigs, the gal I asked made it clear that she was too busy chatting with another worker. As I said, "Nevermind, Ill find it myself," she turns to her co-worker and says loudly, "ANYWAY, as I was saying..." Pretty damned rude. But the cashier, as I walked out, gave us a huge smile.

Good place to take your dogs. They are the most important thing is that the ebola nurse was on the phone with a new one of the most deadly animals and I will be in touch with you and your family and friends and relatives in the morning too many times I have been working on the moon and I almost pooped myself and my mom and dad are not the way to get the dog crate from the warehouse.

Their pet supplies, treats, pet food, bedding, ect. are more expensive than Petsmart. They carry some items that you cant find anywhere else though. Their Fish, on the other hand, tend to cost less than Petsmart. They also carry saltwater Fish whereas Petsmart does not. Pet friendly. Bring your pets shopping with you.

Horrible customer service. Rarely is anyone working in the fish department. Today I even went up front to the cashiers to ask for help. Twenty minutes later no one helped us. I finally left in frustration. This is my last trip to this store. Taking my business elsewhere.

Everyone was super friendly. I came in 30 minutes before closing with a friend to grab flea treatment, and they werent rude or didnt rush us even though it was almost closing time.

Im not much a fan of overpriced pet stores, but they also advertise fish more as ornamental pieces than living things. The cages and tanks should be cleaned more.
