This was our first time buying a birthday cake from this establishment we have purchased treats so we thought to give them a try. I ordered online and received a phone call regarding PAYMENT. I paid at that moment. I had my partner pick up the cake on 7/25/17 (the day of her party) I was at work and couldnt pick up the cake. When she picked the cake they charged me for the cake once again (she didnt realize I had already paid for the cake because I left my card to get a birthday bandana) and ALSO there was a noticeable crack down middle of the cake upon arrival. So I paid for two 26.00 cakes and only received one. I called this place three times until we came up with a solution. ALSO they gave me 6.00 dollars of extra charges for pink icing, sprinkles, and a third color but this was not explained to while in conversation with the lady who called to take my payment. I was unable to return the same day because they closed before I got off of work. Returned the cake the next day and as soon as my partner walked in the owner was completely negative. And said "I mean cakes are going to crack" "I dont even know what the big deal is" "now thats three cakes wasted" she attempted to blame us for the crack when she brought one other cake out (had her name on it) and it had the same crack but we still were the blame. It may JUST be a dogs cake to her but it was more for us I paid for a service and I want my service to meet my expectations. I wouldnt think she would want a cake floating around the internet that is damaged. I also dont think she would purchase a cake for her child thats cracked completely down the middle. My partner should not of had to go back and forth. This was the OWNER of the bakery. She NEVER apologized for 1. Charging us for two cakes 2. Lack of communication about extra charges 3. Selling us a cracked cake 4.Blaming us for her bakery negligence I can say the two employees whom I talked with over the phone was respectful and nice. But OWNER put a dark cloud over this establishment for us. We will not visit this place again. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE MAINLY BASED OFF OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Poor customer service from the owner of the store. Had to return the cake because of a huge crack down the middle. The owner offered another cake with a huge crack down the middle as well and i when the 2nd cake was refused as well the owner became infuriated and stated several times, "I dont know what the big deal is!" When asked for a refund she then stated, "Im over all of this!" The interaction with the owner made our visit very unpleasant and we will not rerurning here.

Excellent customer service. Prices lower than 4 Muddy Paws and I guess the baked goods are delicious. My dog has never devoured any baked treat like he did the poke ball cookie I picked up for him here. You can also hit 2 or 3 poke stops while shopping here.

The whole place was clean and well put together. I dont even own a dog and I went to check it out. The people inside were nice and helpful. The only reason Im giving it 4 stars is because I dont have a dog; I cant ask about the tasty treats.

I was just there 6/15/16 and its time to check out. I give the guy a credit card and when he gives me back he justs threw it on counter and dont handle it to me nicely. I wound not going back there again.
