Have only bought two fish from this store and both died within days. The first was one that my girlfriend bought - some sort of large, white goldfish. It died after a few days but all of the other fish in the same tank were (and are still) fine. Giving them a second chance, I spent around $80 on a complete setup for a Betta. We got the bowl/vase, plants, food, and even the water from Aquatic Treasures and followed their instructions but the Betta died within 5 days. The best they can do is a discount on a new Betta. Be careful and remember - at least the big pet stores will usually replace fish if they die soon after purchase.

Over priced and very rude. Customer service is willing but act like they have plenty of sales. Seems to not care for the individual customer needs and rude when asked questions. Sad that they are one of the only marine stores in the area. They rudely take advantage of this and raise prices. Best advice take the time to shop around in st.Louis at older more respectable stores its worth the drive. I have no agenda but honesty. Yours truly an experienced aquarium expert.

The most important factor of a good lfs is quality product. Disease free, healthy, and well cared for livestock are a must. Aquatic treasures always impresses in this respect. They also have an extremely knowledgeable and kind staff. Just stop in and see it for yourself. Enjoy the no-pressure environment and learn more about the hobby.

Awesome!!!! They are so knowledgeable, and are extremely patient with a beginner like me. If you saw my tank youd think Ive been doing this for years. Great prices and everything too. There is no better place, beginners or experts alike!!!
