Came in to purchase a fish and was ignored for 20 minutes while i kept repeatedly reminding them about it. No one at register and no one to be found in store. Went to leave to find out the doors had been shut with us inside so i had to open them myself only to have some random worker come out of bo where to tell me to have a good night. I literally laughed in his face. Terrible service. Plus their fish suck. Half of them looked diseased. Wont be back.

This pet store has everything you would love for your pet especially if you have a dog or cat. There are so many things to look at and the prices are okay. The food choices are in a wide variety and theres a dog cookie area where you can bag up some treats for a per amount price which is affordable. They do a great job on dogs nail cutting as well

They do have a large selection of stuff for your pets, but if your looking for service this isnt the place to go. We asked for service multiple times and they never came to us. We waited 40 minutes for service but no one came. I recommend pet smart if you looking for advice on your pet and great service. Other than that its a great store.

If youre a reptile owner, snake or otherwise, their albino ball pythons have mites. I wouldnt touch the enclosures because you dont want to bring any unwanted tag alongs. The snake had mites all over her and wasnt isolated. All the enclosures are connected. I was told they were treating it so im praying for those snakes...

There selection is horrible and the employees are either miss informed or outright dont know any thing about the animals they sell. Also thier prices in the saltwater department are outrageous. Save yourself the time and headache and head over to adventure pets.

They are the only ones who have the quality of pet food thats any descent. Getting pet food from here is like serving your pets high quality food. Other places carry the equivalent of fast food for dogs; cheap, but not good for their health.
