I spent a little time in the store with Peter who is very knowledgeable about bikes. We landed on two different models the same bike one just a little bit nicer than the other . I was about to buy a brand-new great bike until I told him how far I was riding/my riding preferences and instead of just taking my money and selling me the bike he told me I would not be happy with that bike due to the circumstance of my travel time and speed etc. I have not used any of their services or techs yet but I will definitely write another review once I have now that I found a bike more suitable for my needs . Its not every day you go to the bike store ready to purchase a bike and the staff there is so honest that he tells you when youre about to buy it that "you would not be happy with this bike now that I am aware of how far you travel and the gear ratio/riding preferences etc, I will not sell you this bike. Instead, let me get your email and do some more research..." That is service

I have tried using this shop since they are local, but feel they are way too expensive. I only needed some spokes, so I stopped in and asked for 10 in a particular size. They had to cut to length what I needed and then when I went to the register to pay they told me $1.89/spoke for the same spoke that eveyone else chargers 50 cents for! Since the spokes were already cut, I had to just swallow the cost. I spend $10,000/year on bikes and bike equipment, but they will never get my business again. I will just drive to one of my favorite shops where I am never gouged for little things. Yes I have gone there occasionally to purchase small items, and they are always more expensive than other shops. I am the fool for going back there, but no more. My advice is to shop around.

I called to see if they have the Trek bike I wanted. The guy that answered the phone was an idiot. Told me they dont have the Trek bike I wanted. I asked if they have my 2nd choice, which was a Specialized bike. He said they dont carry that brand. Then I spoke with Renee and found out they have the EXACT bike I wanted and they do carry Specialized bikes. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. If a man answers the phone isnt being helpful, ask for Renee. She will treat you like a valued customer.

I bought a bike at this store and have been in several times. Theres something about the overall atmosphere and staff attitude that is less than welcoming. They are pleasant enough but there is a sense that if you are not a serious biker than they have less time to waste on you. Its just a bit awkward at times when a staff member is enthusiastically discussing something with an obviously dedicated biker and your standing there hoping to be noticed.

I went here with specific options in mind. I worked with Renee and she was fantastic. I tried out a few bikes and found the perfect one for me. They had a lot of options in the store and since they have three locations they would be able to locate a bike at another location they didnt have it in stock. I will definitely recommend this store to others based on my smooth experience.

This place is amazing! Great quality bikes there with a very good service desk. They helped me with all my minor bike problems for FREE. I also got all new cables on my trek 7100 for only 20$. Overall great shop for service,tools,parts,and bikes. I would recomend then to anyone.

I started taking CompuTrainer classes at Village three years ago. My fitness and strength on the bike has increased significantly. I really enjoy the athletes and coaches at the shop. I wish they would have these classes year round. Great fall and winter classes.

Great Service!!!!! Went in really agitated since my bike wasnt working. They fixed it no charge and very friendly as well was the staff. Greg explained all the ins and outs of bike riding in the area. Absolutely would recommend them to anyone!!!!

dont buy bike parts here, they rip you off, go to Performance or REI, also, their mechanics need to work on their problem solving skills!
