Excellent work and service. Enjoys local reputation for honesty and expertise. Very friendly to deal with and inspects my bicycles when I bring them in. The only charges you will incur for material and labor are those actually needed to fix your problem. Absolutely trustworthy and reliable. I have been buying bikes here for years. From when I bent the rim on my uncles bike when I was twelve to when they let me put my first mountain bike on layaway at 18, to buying my kids first bike two years ago. They have always had a knowledgable staff and were always willing to help. Not sure how you would expect them to diagnose a problem over the phone though.
