So my screen on my iphone 5 popped off, it wasnt damaged and the touchscreen worked perfectly fine. So, I take it in to see how much its going to be to put it back in place. The lady looks at it and says, "ohhh, youre probably going to have to get a new screen, but let me check." So, she goes to the back to I guess get a second opinion and comes back to tell me Im going to have to get a new screen and it would be $94-$96. Again, my screen wasnt broken, scratched, or damaged, so I went to another repair shop and guess what...I didnt need to get a new screen. They put my screen back in place for $25. That goes to show that all this place just cares about is the $$$ and are willing to lie to your face to make an extra buck.

CPR Cell Phone Repair in Snellville was able to fix my phone where my cell carrier and phone manufacturer and other "repair" shops failed. CPR was the only place that fixed my phone without me worrying about losing any of my data (I had not backed up anything). Other places I contacted said they would have to ship my phone to run a diagnosis and would have to factory reset it - something that was unacceptable to me because I had nothing saved. CPR was able to run diagnostics in store and the staff was very understanding of my situation and they were very nice and caring! I am so grateful to them!

I absolutely enjoy this CPR! I was late getting over there a little over a hour before they closed and I was blown away with the customer service they showed me. I had a cracked iPhone 7 Plus and they got my fixed and were even willing to stay after so they could get me my phone back that day! I was very impressed would definitely recommend this CPR location also I havent had any additional problems from my phone in the week since Ive had it fixed!

The power button on my phone had become inoperative. I brought it to Cell Phone Repair hoping that they could somehow replace it. Instead they informed me that the original button had just come loose from the motherboard and they were able to solder it back into place. The phone works beautifully!! The service was very fast and at a very fair price. I will definitely use them again!!

Great service.. Friendly and seemed genuinely enthusiastic about assisting me. DJ was very informative in explaining the issue with my phone (in the case the battery). Showed me what happened and gave possible causes in order that I may avoid similar issues int he future. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Took my phone in for water damage, ended up spending well over $200 to fix the corrosion and replace the fried screen. Less than two days later the BRAND NEW screen was shattered and the guy would not stand behind his work and replace the screen! Will not be going back there!

Hello my name is Mario and I had a very bad experience. I change screen on my iPhone 6 and three weeks later screen peeled off on the edges and broke they did not want to replace the screen or give me any credit and I had to go to other cell phone repair repair shop.

I went to another place down the street, first. But, they did not open at the listed time. So, I went to cpr. I took them a messed up iPhone and they were able to fix it better than I expected and at a decent price.

Terrible. Theyll charge you up front and the results arent guaranteed. They made me pay $75 up front and couldnt even fix my phone. I had to take it to apple care.
