I am pretty handy with computers and hate having to go to get a computer repaired. I found myself in a tough situation that I was unable to resolve on my own and took my beloved laptop to Pro Computer. Not only did Sheldon get me back in order, but he was able to get me back and going within an hour and totally alleviating the pressure of needing my computer working immediately. Extremely knowledgeable as well as very fast and friendly service. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family. THEY ARE AWESOME!!!

The worst! Do not go! I repeat do not go!! Charged me 60$ and told me it would be taken from the bill. Then come to find out they couldnt even repair my laptop. Did not even offer a solution. Would not work with me on an exchange. My laptop still works for me and I even took my laptop to another tech and he repair my laptop for $200. These people are out to scam you. Do not go!

After being told our computer screen could be fixed and paying the down payment, we get the call that it cannot be repaired and that only a portion would be refunded. You should stand by your word and if you cant do what you claim then refund money. Our family has purchased computers here before but never again. Beware when getting repairs and paying money upfront..
