I dont do fluff or suck up reviews....This is the pure truth and the exact details regarding my experience with World Technologies. I am an avid gamer and decided to build a PC custom piece by piece for the first time in my life. I thought I had the knowledge needed but quickly got intimidated by the motherboard and configuring/plugging everything in correctly. World Technologies is located near a school I used to go to and I used them for a small laptop repair years ago and had a good experience with them and decided to visit them after getting a few other quotes on my needs from Best Buy, Frys Electronics, and another small computer store in my area. I took the Case with the Motherboard screwed in to the case correctly, with all the other components of my computer (Graphics Card, power supply, RAM, and drives) outside of the case in boxes and anti-static packs up to the building and once inside I was greeted by a women working up front who was very upfront with me. She had me sign a form and told me they would call me that afternoon with the exact price before starting, and three hours later they called and I loved the price. So it was in there shop for 48 hours, they installed everything, started and configured the system, upgraded my BIOs, and answered 30+ questions of mine. The price for all of this, $125 which was very under priced in my opinion so obviously I was happy to pay this. I received no less then 6 or 7 phone calls from start to finish at various points to update me or ask how I wanted this or that, which I loved being updated. I got the system home and it was perfect. Everything running just as I dreamed and I thought I should overclock it and make it better....Of course I screwed that up and it crashed and the BIOs prompted me to reconfigure the system. I called back a week after picking it up and took it back up there on the way to school to take a final exam. After a quick final exam that I smashed like a BOSS....I called and my computer was ready. When I got to the shop ALAN, who is also a Mo-Fing Boss brought it out and told me I did a great job being a Noob and messing up my computer. He told me he repaired everything and fixed it up and advised me that my system doesnt really need to be overclocked because its a beast in the first place. I asked how much it cost and he said NO CHARGE, see he could have easily charged me $50 or whatever and didnt. Best Buy quote for computer assembly- $400+ (the guy got 400 out of his mouth and I stopped him and said your crazy no thanks.) Frys Electronics- $229 Other Computer Store-$159 Moral of the story.... Please believe me when I tell you these guys will do it right and for the best price AND do it quicker then the other stores in the area they just will. If you have a reasonable need and give them a try they will EXCEED your expectations. I will never ever go anywhere else for my computer repair needs. Period

They have been my ‘go-to’ company for troubleshooting computer problems, cleaning viruses, establishing my wired computer problems, providing knowledgeable advice on selections of peripherals, software, and services…..and the seamless integration of all of the above. If you want great service and great people to do business with - this is the company to go with. I changed from another company because of service issues. The owners Chris & Lucian are very involved and care about their customers. The tech’s, Allen & Amanda have gone above the call-of-duty having spent many hours remoting into my computer to figure out what has happened. Their service is prompt and courteous and stay very knowledgeable of current trends in IT. Thank you so much World Technology on excellent service. I am happy that I deal with a company focused on customer service. Amazing customer support! These guys handles everything – never a problem they can’t fix!

I have been going here for over 5 years now for all of my repairs. I will tell you this they are awesome. Allen and the others are great techs and very knowledgeable. They are practically experts on circuits and anything electronic. They built me a DUI microphone for my home studio once. It turned out amazing. I was like, "man there isnt a thing these guys cannot do." If you need to repair an overheating laptop, clean viruses, repair damage done to you motherboard, and anything of the sort, Please come here. They will not disappoint. After they do repairs, it is like getting a fantastic manufacturer renewed product. A definite 5 star for me, but do not take this review at face value go in with your computer issue and see for yourself.

I have been doing business with WT for the ten years plus they have been in business. The techs have never, ever failed to address my issues correctly and completely and in short order. I have availed myself to every aspect of their business with repair, new purchases, purchases of used equipment, virus removal, upgrade of existing devices. Every need I have ever had with my computers has always been addressed and remedied. If I ever want to make changes, I always call WT for advice and they never steer me wrong. I cant think of any other computer store or business that can match the level of service I get from WT. The folks at WT stay on top of technology changes and know what they are doing . I certainly give this business Five Stars.

W. T. Computer Service, 561 Pike Street, Lawrenceville, GA I received excellent service from W. T. Computers and want to share this with you. I needed help with changing windows versions and also to rid my computer of a Rootkit virus. They not only did the above service, they made sure all my data was saved and reloaded all my programs. Saved my email folders and contacts and set up a new email system. Very patient with a non techie person and walked me through the computer when I picked it up. I am so happy with the computer and feel I received service above and beyond. I highly recommend this company and I am so grateful they are located in Lawrenceville.

i recently took my laptop to World Technology because it randomly stopped working. So i took it there and they told me that it needed substantial repairs. so here i am thinking that it ws gonna be really expensive. Man was i wrong about that. Not only was the price signifigantly lower than other places i had give me an estimate for the necessary repairs. They were completed much faster than i figured it was gonna take. The staff was very friendly and professional also. This is easily the best place around. I highly reccomend them to anybody needing computer repairs of any kind.

Dont go anywhere else before trying World Technology. They diagnosed my old computer for FREE! Told me exactly what needed to be done to repair it, and how much it would cost. They even made suggestions on how I could do the repairs myself (which wouldve been easy and I was more than capable of). In the end, I decided to build a new, custom computer. The honesty, diligence and expertise of the World Technology staff helped me make the right decision. If ever I were to have any issues with my new computer, without hesitation, World Technology would be the place Id go!
