Chris is very knowledgeable diagnosing several problems on three different laptops. He called with a recommendation, alternatives and pricing for each for me to make a decision. He completed the work in a timely manner and delivered to my home office. Hes better than any corp. "Geek Squad". I prefer to support a small business owner especially when its a good value. Ill use Chris for any future computer repair need I may have for my personal or business computers.
