Everything!! I recommend them 120%. My gaming computer has been sitting on the dresser for 3 months with freezing and crashing problems. I was not able to bring them my computer directly since my work is long hours and I got off passed there closing time. I emailed them and asked if they could possibly fix it. I was told if they cant fix it theres no charge. I had someone drop it off for me. It took about 2 weeks but I was called with updateds on the situation every step of the way. Very professional, courteous and affordable. If you need a computer worked on stop here first.

Weve been using Computer Medics for many, many years. Allan is always 100% helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Over so many years and so many visits for multiple household PCs and laptops, there are too many stories to tell. Suffice it to say that anytime we need any help with hardware or software, I dont hesitate to call Allan. Computer Medics is a joy to do with business with :-) If I had to sum them up in 3 words .... An absolute life-line! Quickly removed a horrible virus from our computers that Norton and several other anti-virus software were unable to accomplish! Helped us set up new emails and directories for our company and added memory to an existing computer. Very quick response. More than helpful! Very reliable and honest and fair.

Ive used several different companies over the years to fix my PC problems. Ive FINALLY found one I can feel comfortable with. No nonsense, on time, quickly solves problems and does it with a friendly manner. Also, the price is reasonable. This is not the first time Ive used Computer Medics and it most likely wont be the last.

Ive used Allan at Computer Medics for my home desktop computer and 2 laptops that I have. He is superb! Allan knows what he is doing, friendly, helpful with suggestions, technically savvy and does it all at a very reasonable price. He is by far the best computer service person Ive ever used. I highly recommend Allan.

Always super helpful and honest. Had a laptop that they worked on until 4:00 p.m. Christmas Eve just to see if they could determine a problem with a dedicated video card I had. Great service and very knowledgeable.
