I would like to start off by saying that Mia was really nice even though we had a bad experience. I was looking for a very specific year, make and model of car and was able to find everything I was looking for here at Used Imports Auto, 3 hours and 45 minutes from my home. With that being said and I cant stress this enough, Mia was really great answered phone calls, responded to emails, was quick to respond and help me In anyway she could. There is only one thing about Mia that I could say negatively and that is that when I spoke with her on two different occasions I asked her about the quality of the interior of the vehicle and I was assured that it was in good shape and I specifically asked about the leather seats and if they were damaged or if there was anything wrong with them and I was assured again that they were in good condition and that the car had normal wear and tear on the interior for the age of the vehicle. This was a relief to hear because the price was great and it was the exact car I was looking for. Come to find out it wasnt in good shape at all and Mia was really apologetic about the interior and was willing to talk to the manager about a price reduction because I was going to have to have all the seats reupholstered. She understands that this was a slip up on her end, not going out and checking the car just to make sure since I was 3 hours and 45 minutes away, and I hope she does the due diligence in the future for something that could save another customer so much time and money in travel expenses. Now to review the other sales team members and the dealership itself. First off let me say that every time I called and asked a question and didnt get Mia I didnt get an answer. I have purchased cars and dealt with dealerships before and maybe it is just me but when I informed other sales representatives that I am interested in a car they usually had a clue what the status of that car is. I feel that this dealership needs to buckle down more on making sure that they give their employees the tools to ensure customers dont have the experience I had. I was told on multiple occasions that they had to check and make sure the car was still on the lot. I do understand that the owner of this lot has another lot within their family and they do transfers between their lots, that is good I support that, sales is a hard industry to thrive in. But there needs to be some sort of log that each employee can see to verify if a car is on the lot or not or if it has been sold or if there is someone interested in it. I stated that I would most likely be down either Saturday or Sunday since they are open between 1-5 on Sundays which is a great convenience! I called Saturday evening and informed the gentleman that answered the phone that I was coming down and I logged online to get the address and noticed the car was no longer listed and was informed that it was moved to the other lot and they would try to get it back for me, which they did, too bad the owner took they key home with him and didnt leave it for me when I arrived at the dealership at 1:20 after seeing the rips and tares in the leather we left and decided to come back and take a second look only to find out that the handsfree didnt work navigation dvd was missing and there was only one key not even one of the originals that came with the car it was a cheap copy with no remote. So expenses were adding up quickly. My final review is that if you dont live close by dont waste your time. Good luck future buyers!

I would NOT recommend buying a car from here! AT ALL! So unreliable, horrible customer service, and super sleazy sales people and management. I bought a 2012 Honda from there in early September, and I was promised a spare key. Well, a month later no one will return my calls, voicemails, or emails in regards to the spare key. I will not mention any names specifically in my comment. When I went in to look at cars here on a Saturday, I was unsure if I wanted to buy... just looking and maybe purchasing if I liked something enough. I found a Honda that I liked and the sales person I was dealing with kept trying to get me to buy, and he promised a spare key if I did purchase the car. (I am the person who needs a spare key because I tend to misplace my keys). So a spare key was important to me. The price overall was just a little too high for me so I ending up leaving. About and hour or so later I received a call and they had lowered the price some - and it was more in my range. I said okay, I will be in Tuesday to buy the car (since Monday was a Holiday - Labor day), and I asked him on the phone - I want to make sure this price still includes the spare key. He said YES! Well, Tuesday rolls around, and I go into the dealership to buy the car, and I mention the spare key and everyone acts like it was outrageous for me to ask - they said they never do spare keys. Unfortunately, the person who I was dealing with was not there that day. There is a sheet of paper you sign there when buying a car saying pretty much "that you were not promised and extras that you are not receiving." I did NOT sign this paper because I was promised a spare key. The manager told me that he would talk to the person I was dealing with when he comes in the next day and get back to me. He wanted his side to the story. Well, over a month later - I have called numerous times, left voicemails, emailed in on their website, even emailed the sales person I was talking to on his personal email. I have called the sales person on his cell phone as well because he gave that to me the first day when I was there - NO RESPONSE - TO ANYTHING. It is beyond the spare key at this point. It is just horrible customer service. I know they have received my inquires and just chose to ignore me. My next step will have to be going into the dealership and causing a huge scene so they can no longer avoid me :). Oh and I had to get an oil change right after I bought the car and my alignment was off as well. Also, if you are financing the car I would suggest doing it through your bank because they acted like they could get me the best interest rate and it was WAY higher than the one my bank offered me.

My boyfriend recently bought a car with a broken windshield, he paid in cash, Tim ( not with the company any longer) wrote up a "we owe" to come back to fix the windshield. We called 4 or 5 times, and everytime we would call, they would say "we will call you back" and never would receive a call. We finally were able to schedule an appointment to resolve this this problem. They tell us to come at 9:30 and we did. They gave us a car to use while the windshield was getting "fixed" and as we were driving the csr started to fall apart..literally. Be come back 3 1/2 hours later to find the car still sitting there with a broken windshield. There excuse was "were using an outside company and it should only take 2 to 3 more hours". At this point were frustrated. One of the salesmen said we could take the car they let us borrow home and we could bring it back the next day. So right before we leave we asked for a different car because the one they gave us was falling apart!! They pull up in an infiniti and right before we leave Dwight the "manager" comes out and says he will need the car back in 2 hours just after being told we could take it home and return it the next day. He was very very unprofessional and rude!!!! So we finally just say ok and take the new rental. The 2nd rental was a piece of crap. This wasnt a curtasey car this was a death trap. We came back and just asked for our car back with the broken windshield. We would rather leave with it unfixed at this point. Basically what Im trying to say is if you plan on buying or purchasing a car with cash DONT. After they have your money they could care less about doing anything. The cars are shitty and unfortunately we made the wrong decision. I hope this helps other people before coming here. This was a complete nightmare.
