These folks are scammers! I drove all the way from Knoxville TN to get a truck that they said was in perfect condition and it had been wrecked, the roof crushed in, they had painted it in places trying to cover up rust. I would not trust these folks for nothing. They did return my deposit and paid for a tank of gas for the trip up, less my $1500/day salary. I specifically ask the salesman about the painted battery terminal lead and he said "why would anybody do that"? They had already posted a photo showing all of the rust on it before they painted it, OOPS! The entire undercarriage appeared to be hit with black primer in an atttempt to help mask some of the rust which I had ask about specifically. The front end had suffered damage due to an accident, the fog light was falling out, the roof was crushed in and missing apiece of the gasketing material. The leather seat was cracked and on the video "Perfect no wear and tear, excellent condition." Scratches along the side had been touched-up with hand paint! My 2007 was in much better conditions than this truck had been in years. I also ask some very specific questions regarding the quality of the truck before I put down a $1000 nonrefundable deposit and bought it based on the photos, video and direct sales force conversations. I wasted an entire Saturday, 12 hours round trip, not to mention the hours I spent reviewing the photos, paper work, etc. leading up to the purchase, and driving there for nothing but a scam, beware of these folks!!!! At least the body shop that we went to in order to determine the damage to the truck was brutly honest about the condition and what was need to properly repair it, which is a couple of thousand dollars plus the rust thats about to pop through. I purchased a 2005 Pontiac GTO from mid Towne Auto Center here last week. I was in shock, the GTO was in immaculate condition with 11,XXXmi on it, and the lowest price Ive ever seen for this car on a NATIONWIDE SEARCH!!! They let me test drive it right away and when I had a question about some aftermarket parts on the vehicle, Paul, (salesperson), made a phone call to a local shop and the shop dropped everything they were doing to answer my questions. After everything was good and done, I headed back to the dealership. They drove my car and I got an appraisal for trade in that I wasnt too happy with but it was fair and consistent with the local value. To my surprise, Paul worked some magic and got me an appraisal that made my day and really helped me on the purchase even though I had already stated I would take the lower appraisal. The amount of dedication Mid Towne put fourth into helping me was truly amazing. Once I left and already purchased the car, I had some minor concerns about a week later that I thought I overlooked and even after I bought the car and wasnt their problem anymore, they still offered to help me out and they took care of me. They cared about me as a customer and my vehicle, even after I signed the dotted line. I would recommend mid towne auto center to all my friends and family and anyone who will listen. They have an amazing selection, put more work into their used vehicles than any dealership Ive ever dealt with, and make sure your happiness is their #1 priority.

I bought a very nice 2012 with low mileage and in great condition from them. I did not feel pressured to buy anything. They made everything very comfortable. The whole experience was easy going and they worked with me even though I was there for hours on no sleep from working long hours. I bought the car almost a year ago... Hard to believe. But Im still loving this car. I can tell it was very well taken care of and it gives me piece of mind to know that I have a reliable car to take me anywhere I need to go including work. Within the year I have only had to replace the battery and tires. Which is my responsibility. The only reason I gave them a 4 star review is one thing. When I found the car on the website they use for advertising it was posted for 1k less than what it was priced as when I got there. I took screen shots on my phone to them of this price difference in their advertisement we pulled up the website at the time of buying and the page had been corrected to the actual price of the vehicle they were selling me 1k more. I was a little disappointed in this and thought that we should have went halfway 500/500 on the extra 1k I didnt expect to pay due to the false advertisement and was told they do not negotiate and it was the websites fault and not theirs. Now idk what happened with the price change but its said and done. Regardless I would probably buy my next car from them as well if I still live in the area.

Years ago, I saw a van for sale at mid town and told a friend about it. He looked at it and bought it. It was a good auto, and lasted him for many years. So when I decided to buy a car I checked out many models on line and I finally decided on a Honda Accord or a Buick LaCrosse. Honda dealership had both, and we went there first. The Buick there had a 4 cyl. moter which I didnt feel was enough umph for a car of that weight, and cloth seats. The Accord felt like it had no shocks on bumpy roads. I felt really high pressured at by the sales person there and felt as though I wasnt being told all the truth. So while driving past Mid-Town. I Remembered the experience my friend had with them, also I had saw a LaCrosse on line there. So we pulled in and looked. The car was exactly what we wanted and offered much more for a really great price. The sales person never pushed us to buy or lied to us. He allowed us to take the car for a trial run "By our selves", and for a long ride. The other dealer had to ride in the back seat. Cant floor it with them looking over my shoulder LOL. The guy that filled out the paper work took his time and explained everything very well. All and all we had a great experience at Mid-town. I will definitely look there again when I decide to buy another car.

Ill start off by saying that Im very picky about certain things when it comes to buying cars. I will get back in my car and leave the moment a salesman starts being pushy and acts like they know more about what I want than I do. That being said, I knew right away that I was going to have a great experience as soon as I got out of my vehicle and the guys at Mid-Towne Auto Center didnt bull rush me with all kinds of "car salesmen" stuff. They were extremely professional yet there was a very relaxed feel at the dealership that went a long way with me. They were very prompt with returning questions via text and were not pushy at all. Thanks, guys! Other than that, the thing that impressed me the most was the quality of the vehicles they were selling. A quick look around the lot was all it took to see that they picked some of the finest used vehicles from around the country to sell to the public. There were many makes and models to chose from which makes it likely that they have something there for everyone. I can honestly say that my experience with Mid-Towne Auto Center was by far the best car buying experience that Ive ever had, hands down. Thanks again, guys. I know where Ill be looking first for future vehicles!
