Regarding the service we have received on our Range Rover from this location- 1. When we picked the truck up- the guy had to put coolant in the truck while we waited for almost 45 mins and then told us to check it later and call him back if there was an issue. The truck had been at their shop 14 plus days and ALL THINGS SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE PRIOR TO US PICKING UP THE TRUCK AS THEY HAD IT FOR SEVERAL WEEKS…2. We had to call them a week later to tell them the transmission light was coming on and that we now had to crank it in NEUTRAL This was not an issue prior to bringing the truck there for repair. 3.Drove the truck back to this shop on April 16, 2015- explained all of this again and was asked to pay $130.00 diagnostic fee after paying $5200 less than 90 days ago. Lastly, I had my own diagnostic done prior to returning to this shop- only for their machine to provide me with the EXACT problem in April that was supposedly repaired in January- the report was provided to Land Rover Buckhead- and $130.00 diagnostic fee was still requested- I guess I need to lawyer up because this will never do. ************************************************************************************************* We received a call from the owner of LandRover Buckhead less than 24 hours of our original post- which was an admirable gesture. We have been assured that the truck will be repaired- at no additional charges- for which we are thankful. The expedient attention to this serious concern is appreciated and we are hopeful that the guarantee from the owner assuring us that the mechanical repairs will be efficiently completed will manifest into a satisfactory resolution. I should have done this much sooner but in late January my wife and I were heading to Atlanta to catch a flight to Lake Tahoe and were experiencing some fairly serious vehicle issues on her 2012 RR Sport as we approached the Atlanta area. She searched and found that Land Rover Buckhead was not too far away so our plan was to ideally drop the car off for service and catch a cab to the airport so we wouldnt miss our vacation. We were from Chattanooga and had never used this dealer before so we didnt know what to expect. Well, the vehicle couldnt make it to the dealer - we had to leave it in the Publix parking lot down the road. My wife had called Peter in the service department and let him know our situation. We took an Uber to the dealer to drop off the key to her vehicle. Peter knew we were in a hurry so even though he was with another client he politely accepted the key and said he would contact her soon. He did. And not only that but (long story short) he was able to have the vehicle towed, repaired, and ready for us to pick up 6 days later upon our return to the Atlanta area. He made many phone calls to us to coordinate the towing, repair, etc. - even several later in the evening on a Saturday. He also had to have the repairs signed off for as there was initially a question as to whether or not these fairly significant repairs would be covered under the pre-owned certified program. Our vacation could have been ruined by this but we were able to relax knowing Peter was taking care of it all. It was an amazing display of customer service and by far the best experience either of us has ever had with automobile repair.

I havent even made a purchase yet and I am THOROUGHLY impressed with the level of service received here. I have been to this dealership twice in the last 3 months. The first time was for 2 specific vehicles and to trade a car that Im highly upside down on. That didnt work out b/c of the negative equity. Thats fine. No big. The gentleman I was working with was extremely professional and overall GREAT. The second time around I made a mistake. I submitted my info to Buckhead when I was supposed to send it to North Point. Kenzie M. has been absolutely amazing while helping me get this straightened out. She forwarded my credit app to the right person, sent me a list of the vehicles that I am specifically looking for and has been working with North Point, on my behalf, while I am at work. She has gone way beyond what I would expect to be her scope of work. She has taken my situation into her hands and has been handling it for me. As busy as I am, I really and truly appreciate that. These days, service like that is VERY rare. Its all about "me" and nobody else. If I could, I would buy her lunch, send her a bouquet, an edible arrangements...something! I hope the management team sees this and gives her the praise she deserves. Thanx Kenzie! Side note: I just typed a lot. I have been a Land Rover owner since 1999. The Company has no doubt come a long way. The fact that you can get Performance, as well have the room of a SUV is a win win Combination. I have worked with Myron Beck for years. I have a also had my fair share of vehicles through the years. I have never had any Dealer/Salesperson who gave such Superior Customer Service, as Myron. We order ahead each year build out my vehicle he gives me a progress report, as to when its shipped to arrival. They call me when the car is gone over detailed and ready. I go to the dealership paperwork is ready. Im in and out two hours Max. Customer Service is what I built my Company on and its nice to see it reciprocated. Take pictures of your car before dropping it off - I did. They repaired the headlights, requiring they be removed. Car was in perfect condition before dropping it off, a year old. They dropped the headlight case on the floor putting many deep noticeable chips in the lens. The Service Manager Roy wont take responsibility and replace the lens. He insists the chips are from rocks from the road hitting the headlight - just the headlight that they just repaired - and nowhere else. Hes never seen the car! Then a few days later, the "Customer Service" survey phone rep calls to hear about my experience. After explaining the situation, he says he will look into it and never follows up. Dealership that clearly doesnt care about taking responsibility.

Young couple went in on a weekend to look and test drive two Land Rovers. The front desk treated us with respect and quickly found an associate to help us with our needs. Our associate, Louis R. has very kind and informative on the Land Rovers. Louis did not pressure us or bombard us with calls to make a purchase. The dealership did not give us the amount we needed for our trade-in, however Louis provided us with an alternative way to sell the car which gave us a better price. Unfortunately, we decided to purchase our vehicle from another dealer/make but I wanted to give credit to Louis at Land Rover Buckhead for helping us out with questions and providing great service. 4 stars because they didnt have the better deal.
