Wanted to purchase the toyota venza, I live in North Carolina and wanted to come on Sunday and look at the car and purchase it if it drove o.k... spent all day on the phone yesterday trying to get everything worked out. Have a check in the mail coming to my house now made out to Gravity Auto of Sandy Springs, and Curtis Mathis the manager decided to get greedy and said I would need to purchase the car before January 1ST so he could meet his deadline and quota was back and forth all day with him never really returned my calls when he said he would call me back his response was it was rainy outside and he needed to leave early because he just wastnt feeling it that day. He did take calls from me but it was to get a run around and wanted me to send the check and sign all the papers and would not hold the car for me even though my lender sent confirmation 3 times that he said he never got. Then he started screaming at me over the phone and threatened to hang up on me because I started asking about the policies and returning the vehicle if I didnt like it. He lost a car deal over me coming to pick the car up from 3 hours away... But he will flirt with you and be inappropriate also if anyone reading this would like to bring him a plate of food as he is a big guy very muscular as he said. Also wanted to raise the price of the car to the listing price after I have already got the check with the agreed price in which he faxed to my lender on the purchase agreeement. Which is being sent to me which will be here tomorrow and now I have to cancel my loan... and still have no car...Im sure a plate of fried chicken and a nice conversation over the phone while he messes with your lively hood.. hit CURTIS MATHIS UP HE IS THE MAN WITH THE PLAN WHO CLAIMS HE HAS GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND. well guess what nothing is for free and we all HAVE to WORK!!! for a living. I do not understand how you are the manager of a car dealership...you make the company look bad .. you will be hearing from the better business buearua. I will be compensated for the 2 days that you have wasted my time and my banks time.WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!!!! GRAVITY AUTO OF SANDY SPRINGS GEORGIA...

I had a great experience at Gravity Autos in Sandy Springs. My sales professional was John. He was very friendly and allowed me to drive the car I came to see with just my son and I. We took the long way around and really got a feel of the car. When we were done John and I sat down and I gave an offer on the car. The offer was low, and I knew it was low. He came back and said they could not go below what they had listed online. I said I understood and appreciated them showing me the car. My family and I left. I then got a call about 10 minutes later from Sam, the sales manager. He and I spoke for several minutes and talked price on this car. He was up front with me and I with him on where we were on price. He gave a counter offer that I could still not accept, but did consider. He then called me several more times during the course of the afternoon. He was doing his job as a guy who wanted to sell me a car. Unfortunately, for Sam and the folks at Gravity I purchased a car elsewhere, but not because I found a better deal on the same car. I ended up buying a different car that I did not test drive at Gravity. Sam called me when I was in the process of the purchase and congratulated me on my purchase. So, even though I did not purchase from Gravity, I would go back and car shop again there......and probably will when its time to buy another car.

aThis place is awful! stay away! They are really nice trying to get you to buy their car at first, after that their service is horrible! I bought a Nissan GTR last year at Gravity Autos Sandy Spring. They sold me a services contract and tell me i can cancel anytime and get prorated or if i sell i am able to transfer my contract. I sold my car back in Octobet 2016 and call Gravity, they wont help me cancel, they told me to call the service contract company directly which i did. So i waited like a month later and call the service contract company and found out that the refund has send back to gravity! Gravity never call or contact me in anyway to let me knows. So i call gravity accounting department lady was horrible, left bunches of message and ever reply. Finally when i am able to reach her, she said its processing and will send the check out. I waited more than a week and still havent recieve my check, so called her again, and she trying to tell me i need to send in payoff letter from my bank in order for refund. they have no right to even tell me to give them that because the service contract already pay them! its doesnt matter whether i sell ir keep my car, i can cancel that contract anytime and get a prorated refund! this place is soo ****** ridiculous horibble!!! never ever i purchase a car from them or any dealer that affiliated with them!!!!

I had a wonderful experience at Gravity Autos Sandy Springs. I arrived there around 7:30p.m. on Monday when they were about to close at 8pm. They still treated me as if they just opened the doors. I am sure they were ready to go home but they did not act like it. They showed me the vehicle that I came to see. I had to wait a few minutes thanks to Curtis, but he was so nice when he got there (Insider). Curtis and Vincent were very professional and they had excellent customer service skills. The process was by far the smoothest. They did not try to up sale the car or anything. The car was the exact price that it was advertised for. I purchased the car the very next day. The car was empty when I got it and they gave me two gas cards to fill up. They even detailed the car right before I picked it up so it was nice and clean. One of my key fobs did not work. I called Vincent and he got right on it trying to get it working. They really took good care of me here. They fix any situation you have in a timely manner. These guys were awesome!
