Well, I have only my experience, which was fabulous. I shopped all day for a car with them. However, when I thought about my purchase, I determined I had fears about how low to the ground todays cars are. I left everyone with Rick Case Hyundai having only good feelings. All of the persons I had interactions with were kind, generous with their time and I was okay to walk away and reconsider my purchase. No one was pushy, and they all worked together nicely! I had come in off a specific cars ad, and had called a few days earlier, being told that the car was in route, but not received yet. I met Tyree by phone, and there was great follow-up with me, and the day it was being delivered I received a call that it would be there and off the truck. I asked if we could come see it, and they did their safety/resale inspection, and we were then allowed to drive it. It was an "on-sale" car, and the fact that I got first look at it was perfect. It did need to go through clean-up yet, but was great even though. I worked with Tyree Hodo, Sales Person. And there is more to the story... I did come back in just a couple of days later, and again worked with Tyree. Tyree is such a knowledgeable person about these cars. Having researched the market of all brands and styles, I already thought I was only interested in the Genesis. I have only had Lincoln, Mercury and Ford products for the last 30 years, so I was glad that they get so many good re-sale Genesis in their used cars, The choices and price are wonderful. But so much technology, and I am not tech-y. Tyree helped me understand every option. By the next day, my husband had researched all of the sedans for 2013 or 2012 that I was willing to consider, and they all are approximately 5-6" ground clearance. I got over my hesitation about hitting our Atlanta "pot-holes" due to ground clearance, and on Monday I returned to see Tyree. During this time, a different car I also knew had not arrived at Rich Case, Roswell, was being delivered. They did get it checked out, and I got a call to come over, if I was now interested. I walked in and was welcomed warmly by all of the folks working there, even though I had left thinking I would not come back. I am so grateful to have found these wonderful folks. I did buy that car the following day, and Tyree came in to complete the sale, even though he had a day off scheduled. I want to say, too, that the person who handles the credit and the actual sale, Darren Davidson, found me a rate even better than my credit union approved for me. Even If you have great credit, give these folks a chance to extend the creditors they work with. I saved 1/2 of a percent over my credit unions price that day! The purchase was a great experience, too, with the optional warranty coverage with a bit of ability to "Mix and Match" the warranties you are able to purchase, if you want to. Again, there is no pressure about this. Personal discretion by each buyer is how this is handled. (Forgot to mention Rick Case Hyundai dealership policy on the "drive-train system warranty" is extended at their own cost. No add-on for Hyundais.) Darren explains very clearly what is available for add-on; lets you choose. Their used cars are exceptional! We met everyone, and even Will Barnes, the General Manager, got to know us, and was charming and nice. There are few places that make me feel that special. This is a place I have new friends!

I am currently in transition with a loaner due to my Hyundai Sonata Hybrid conking out on me Saturday evening while picking up my sister from work. One of the coldest nights. Needless to say the car was towed Monday morning and dropped off at 11:37am per Tow Company. I have had this Used 2012 Hybrid for 1 year almost 5 months. So I called service and advise the status of the dropped off vehicle a John 1:06pm 12/12 said he took my info and would check into and have someone call me back. Waited and had to call back around 3pm spoke to Megan who I WILL SAY was the ONLY ONE who showed concern in assisting me and advised that my service rep was Chris advise she would let him know and advise that I was in need of a callback. At 4:54pm Chris finally called and advised that it was a busy day which I can totally understand for I service 30 Stores 11 Sales Rep for Greensboro, NC in a Finance Office myself and am also on a Blind line that receives up to 50 to 100 calls a day! He rattle off Starter Battery 319.00 and charge belt 249.00 averaging a bill of $630. No concern in his voice nothing. I advised I would have to call back to discuss he said fine call ended. Without a call no offer of a loaner. I discuss with my significant other the issue. I then called back and got Megan again who advised that the car was started on without my authorization but that was fine. I advised I still have to get to work and she immediately assisted and say hey if you can get here by 7pm I can get you into a loaner mind you the 400 is a traffic jam always. I got there in time with 5 min to spare and obtain the loaner. Megan advised the car should be ready 12/13. I received no call and no confirmation yesterday that the car was ready and I did not want to be inconvenienced by not having a vehicle. I called this morning 12/14 8:51 who advised Chris was in the lounge assisting a client and that he would make sure after this customer that Chris would be advise to give me a call as now 12:55pm I am still without feedback and questions that I would like to review along with the bill to confirm the amount I was originally quoted so when I do take the trip back to Alpharetta I can pay the bill and leave expeditiously. I find that with this Dealership yes everyone is friendly and courtesy but call backs are not a top priorty for some. I basically am very dissatisfied with the service EXCEPT for Megan who was wonderful from the time I purchase the car with a rear defrost malfunction to this day that Mark the salesman I called and advise there was an issue and never called me back within the 7 days of purchasing the vehicle and while it was getting its sunroof in to this service that is still a live invoice and horrible experience! We purchased a Santa Fe from your dealership a couple of years ago and have had consistently terrible service on that vehicle. We have been outright lied to about service issues on that vehicle. We were told hose clamps were replaced that werent. I had to purchase them and have them replaced at Hyundai in Kennesaw. I recently purchased a 2013 Veloster fro CarMax because I believe in the Hyundai brand, but based on our experiences Id never buy from your dealership again. I tried to schedule an appointment to get shift issues looked at on a Saturday, but the girl who answered stated that only oil changes were done on the weekends, so I brought it on on a weekday. Then when I brought it in Andrew told me that I would be charged for a loaner car if they couldnt diagnose any problem, despite me having video evidence of the problem. He then told me that nobody would have ever told me that they only do oil changes, essentially implying I had lied to him. So a couple of weekends later I brought it in for service, they found the problem, had to order parts. So I had to bring it back in a couple of weekends later (their schedule was full for 2 weekends) for the repair despite inconveniencing me with the misinformation about only doing oil changes on weekends. They let me know that the battery also needed to be replaced, and I opted to replace it on my own. They did the warranty repair but left my engine compartment in a complete shambles. They assumed that because they had the battery out I would want them to replace it. When I told them "NO" they slapped everything back together and didnt bother to clean anything up. There was even an extra bolt that was left as you can see in one of the photos. I have to assume that that was from the repair they did, and not from the battery. I hope the shift actuator doesnt malfunction because of the missing bolt! I had to spend 3 hours cleaning battery acid off of my headlights, hoses, etc. See the attached pictures. I have completely had it. I have spoken with someone there named Cash who told me that hed have the GM call and speak with me and that hasnt happened.
