We were there last Thursday night. What a nightmare. HOT as crap. I ask a cashier if she could do anything about the heat. She said she would let the manager know. Never cooled down after an hour and 15 minutes. Then out of the blue the music blasted and continued ....Back to another cashier, " maam were in the corner under a speaker the music is unreasonably loud". NOTHING. It was crowded so no seating for 3 people to change seats. Outside was way too windy so couldnt sit out there either. Come on Starbucks, $15.82 for 3 small coffees and a muffin should get me a more comfortable atmosphere.

Most inefficient Starbucks I have ever visited. Ordered off the mobile app and it took 20 minutes from order time until receiving items. Also had to prod the staff twice to get the items in that amount of time. The person behind me was in the same situation. Had trouble getting out of the parking lot because the drive thru line was so long and backed up. Saw two people drive out of the line so Im guessing they have the same problem outside as they do inside. The Starbucks one exit North on Jonesboro Road is excellent. Skip this one and go there.

This place is a mess!! My husband and I both said this was the dirtiest Starbucks we have ever been to. This whole place needs a thorough cleaning job. Bathrooms were dirty, displays messy and dusty. Floor and tables filthy! You can kind of tell from the outside what to expect as the outside was messy and dirty also. Employees were ok... but it doesnt seem like anyone cares about cleanliness here. I blame the management. Do yourself a favor... if youre heading North on 75 there are 2 more Starbucks at the next couple of exits. Go to those..

A typical starbucks. Thats why I give it a three star. I have been here a few times to study, and each time I am here, I have always asked for a sweet tea. Sadly, the answer I always get is that they are out of black tea. Im not sure why, but it is a bit frustrating after a few times. However, I do have to say that I always have a positive at this location when it comes the interacting with the staffs. They are always helpful and treat you with a warm smile.

Grossest and dirtiest Starbucks I have ever been to in my entire life. The floor was littered with trash. The bathroom had napkins instead of toilet paper and a giant bag of trash on the floor and it smelled like urine. The "pick up" area had water leaking through rotting and moldy wood. Not one employee seemed to care about the state of the cafe and supposedly no idea the bathroom didnt have any toilet paper at all. There were 6 employees.

Every table was had trash on them and were nasty! The window sills had trash on them. The guy taking my order gave me attitude when I asked if he could wipe my table off due to sticky stuff on it. The floors were discusting looked like it had never been swept before. The counters where you received your beverage were trashy and sticky. I would not be surprised if anyone had got sick from this place. Do not recommend this establishment.

I ordererd a white chocolate mocha, and waited 20 minutes to receive milk...... someone looked at the cup of milk and just gave it to me. Someone who ordererd infront of me waited at least 30 plus minutes, while others who ordererd after him got their drinks. They werent even busy. This is the worst experience Ive had with any Starbucks. If I could, I would rate zero stars. Completely disappointed, and would never go back.

Ive been drinking Starbucks for almost 3 years already. And I never feel disappoint like now. I ordered Mocha Frappuccino and they didnt put any sweetened then I told the lady who was taken my order that theres no sweetened in my drink and she charts me extra for the classic syrup. I was never complain every time they had made wrong orders, but today was too much for me now. Ill never come back again

I come here often. They get new employees constantly who dont know what theyre doing yet, so I have to tell them how to make my drink, but its usually fine and they are always nice and the few people who have worked there for a long time start making my drink when I walk in so its ready when I get to the counter to pay. Overall great Starbucks. I drive 35 minutes to come to this one.

There was a very helpful young woman, her name was Colleen. She took the time to show me how to load my card, help me get signed up for a gold card and let me know the nutrition information on my sausage muffin. She was so patient. Its places like this that I cherish. Glad to see customer service still lives.

Monday 02jan at 1130; Entrance inside door needed to be swept trash on floor, bathrooms were dirty, paper and water on floor, behind counter area floor was filthy, food and crumbs everywhere, service was friendly and swift but wasnt offered a receipt. The drive thru line was 3/4 around the building.

Bet lattes around. Always great coffee but the customer service and service time could most definitely use some improvement. You are guaranteed a 10 min+ wait time in the drive thru most days and unfriendly baristas to greet you at the window when you finally make it there.

Slow!!!!!!!! I sat in the drive thru for over 15 minutes. Then the guy working the window forgot to give me my change then when I told him he owed me changed his response was "HOW MUCH"? Then to top it all off my drink was all wrong.... Will not be going back

This Starbucks is failing - ever since the change in management about 2 years ago, its been slow and its hit or miss on the quality of the coffee I get. I get the same coffee every morning, some days its good, some days it tastes like diesel fuel...

Just got two drinks from this local Starbucks. White chocolate mocha frappachino and vanilla bean frappachino tasted perfect till my fiancé found a hair in her drink. Took a picture of it. No excuses just disgusting. May think twice before returning.

The best Starbucks ever! And the guy with the short dreds is probably one of the best baristas in the biz. I have to admit I am not a normal Starbucks junky...needless to say after visiting this Starbucks now I am. Refresh!!!

They were mean. Me:"Ill have the pumpkin latte $3." Them:"Oh, we forgot to put 2-5pm,on the sign but, didnt you see the t.v. ad ? me: no. THEY apologized to the guy behind me in line." Do you still want it "? Me: no thanks.
