TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND SERVICE! We sat down and didnt have our drink order taken until 15 minutes after we got there. My group ordered our hookah at the same time we did our drinks. The waitress came back bringing my friend the wrong type of beer he ordered. Before we could even tell her this was the wrong type of drink she disappeared (for the first time). After having to flag her down she came back with the hookah telling us she was sorry she completely forgot about us. She didnt seem to know how to work a hookah or set one up. Because of this we were not amazed to find our hookah wasnt working properly. We scanned to room to look for our waitress she had disappeared (again). After two tables around us left she magically appeared again. We explained that our hookah wasnt working correctly. She said she would be right back and never returned. After a half hour and asking others around us if they knew what was wrong with our hookah, I went up to the bar to speak with a manager. The waitress met me at the bar and I explained I would be happy to pay for my drinks ( the ones she got the order wrong with) but I didnt think it was fair for us to have to pay for a hookah that wasnt working. She said it was HER fault and that she was sorry. The waitress then told the manager what was going on. The manager at this time was on the phone with THE OWNER who told him I should pay because I could have complained earlier. The waitress told both the manager and the owner that it was her fault and we did. The manager hung up with the owner and told me the owner was in a "bad mood" so I should just pay my bill. Do yourself a favor and find a place to spend your money elsewhere. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. The only reason there is a star on this review is because I had to put one.

Been there twice in the past week. Servers have been attentive and pleasant, and know the products well. Both times I spent 2-3 hours there for a total of 10$ after tip for hookah and tea. Music is very varied, ranging from top 50 to ethnic music, both original and coversongs. Love the floor seating with cushions on the wall, very comfortable over a couple of hours I spent there. A great place to go chill out and study alone or hang out with a group of friends.

Tea is amazing. Hot chocolates is delicious. However, service could have been better. A TV was broken so a large portion of the cafe could not watch the game without squinting at a far away TV. Staff gave no indication that it would be fixed anytime soon. However, as previously stated, gheir hot drinks are top notch which is why I liked it.

Ive been here for just three times but I really like it is the most amazing place for a hooka ever in Tallahassee I strongly recommend it for each of you guys if youre not experienced to go to that place you r not experiment nothing. its really awesome place I recommended you to go there !!!

terrible experience. the service was bad. it took them 30 minutes to get our hookah and an additional 10 min to get our drinks. the waitress left us when we needed help and went to flirt with college guys. i dont recommend anyone going there. pick a different place.

This place is really chill, the shisha tastes awesome, the clouds are big and thick, and the service is great. A little more pricey than what Im used to, but bring some friends to split the bill and youre set. 5 stars from a very content customer.

If there were negative stars, this place would get some. The hookahs are average, but the staff could care less, the seating is ragged and burned, and the music is pretty bad. Also, they take I.D.s and tend to lose them so be careful!

Under the new management everything has taken a huge turn for the better. They are upgrading everything and making a lot of great changes to the aesthetic and feel of the place. Best hookahs in town.
