Normally they close at 12 midnight but I guess since it Christmas break they change their hrs. That is fine as long as they advertise it which they did not! Im studying so I leave home at 11:00pm get there at 11:15 and they tell me they are closed when it says online that they are open to 12! Okay not a problem, I just go back home. I go today (2 days later) at 10:30 and im sitting in the drive-through, Nobody comes to the speaker. So I call them on my cell phone while im still sitting in the drive way just in case they didnt know i pulled up and they tell me they closed at 10!! What the heck, The other day they Just told me they close at 11!!! That is twice i left my house in the cold while trying to study to be turned around because they want to make up hrs of operation as they dam well please. I dont blame the staff they are nice. Its the Horrible Management that cant make up their mind and set a closing time! UGH Im so aggravated!

This has been one of the more rewarding Starbucks experiences Ive had. I go out of my way to come here on road trips because the atmosphere is great, my drink is always made correctly and the staff is on top of things. For those who are ignorant Starbucks goers: Starbucks does NOT roast their beans to the point of being burnt. Each bean is carefully roasted and packaged, not to mention they give reasonable wage to their farmers AND support schools and water for the 3rd-world cities they buy from. If you have a bad experience at Starbucks chances are Starbucks wants to know about it and its probably more a slip-up on the baristas half than on Starbucks as a whole. If you drink a cup of freshly brewed Starbucks coffee (in my opinion) you dont need cream or sugar because it IS, as Starbucks core purpose states "the finest coffee in the world". The more you know!

After living in Tallahassee for four school years, this Starbucks improved tremendously during 2015 and 2016. It is well worth waiting in the drive thru line out in the street. The baristas are incredible. My last 3 months in Tally I would go here before work 3-4 times a week and a few of the staff would have my drink on the screen before I could even order. I could always have a quick conversation with Andre or Emma (two of the friendliest and best baristas Ive ever had the pleasure to make my drink)in the window while waiting for my drink to be made . Ever since graduating and moving away, I miss this Starbucks and the staff almost everyday.

Giving it a 3 because the staff is cool and the drinks are good. Buuuuut the design of the drive-thru is ridiculous. Its like hang halfway out into Tennessee St. for a coffee or just go to Dunkin Donuts two or three doors down instead (and pay way less). Very poor layout. But the real reason I am here is because for some reason-- the past two days specifically-- yall keep serving bacon gouda sandwiches that are still frozen in the middle. I had to eat only the edges of my sandwich twice this week. Who the heck is microwaving teh sandwiches?

The staff here are very helpful, they also have very fast service, and are pretty central between work and downtown. Ive never had any issues here, including sugar packets not being stocked or entering the wrong amount when reloading my card. Plus the parking lot is almost always perfectly clean and even though they have a drive-thru right off of Tennessee Street, traffic moves pretty quickly throughout. And outdoor seating is away from the road, so there is very little exhaust. Great local Starbucks.

Starbucks is my favorite place for my caffeine cravings! But the last few times Ive visited this shop on Tennessee street they make my order wrong EVERYTIMMMMEEEEE!!!! NO MATTER WHAT I TELL THEM ITS LIKE THEY HEAR A WHOLE DIFFERENT ORDER! Being that this one is closest to my house I was visiting this one pretty often. Now Im over it Im taking the drive all the way to North Monroe where I know I can say it once and they listen

Every time Kourtney takes my order, I get the wrong coffee. Every. Time. Also, Arden seems to have a problem with my name and insinuated I dont speak English very well when she had a hard time spelling it. Sadly this isnt the first time she looks down on me like that. Everyone else in this location is very friendly and fun except for Arden.

I went at a relatively busy time with no call ahead for two travelers boxes and they had me out the door in twenty minutes. Four stars I stead of five because I tried calling ahead (a few times over a couple hours) and the phone was never answered. But maybe their number on Google Maps is wrong or something.

Standard starbucks, with reasonable staff. The parking lot tends to be very crowded, especially at peak times, and its not unusual to see the drive through line blocking traffic. Consider going further up the street for a less stressful starbucks on the other side of the road.

Best starbucks in Tallahassee! I have never spent longer than 2 minutes in the Drive-Thru line. The drinks are extremely consistent and the team is always cheerful! My day starts off great every day I stop at this Starbucks!

This Starbucks saved my life! As I was walking up to the entrance a car in the driveway thru was backing up and the employee warned him "not to hit me" over the intercom. And the coffee was great, as always.

Just came back from Seattle Washington and saw the first ever starbucks at pikes place, the irony is that the baristas are a lot nicer in the one on Tennessee st. Love this place
