I have Caribou almost every week near my house in North Carolina. I usually spend an hour there and I take advantage of their drip coffee refills by getting a medium mocha and then refilling it a couple of times before I finish. There is so much chocolate in the mocha that this ends up being great. I explained my plan to the manager who took my order at around 3:00 PM. She said that they didnt have any decaf brewed, but that she would do a pour-over for me. When I went back for my refill I was very happily surprised. She already had an Americano ready for me. But after filling my cup she didnt just give it to me. Instead she poured it into a pitcher and steamed it to heat it back up. This was an exceptional Caribou experience. If Im ever in Buckhead again I will certainly come here for coffee.

One of a shrinking number of Caribou coffee houses in the metro Atlanta area, this spot is outfitted in the full rustic woodland theme Caribou is known for in and outside. The interior is adorned with comfy cozy cabin motif with oversized leather chairs and a fireplace. There are plenty of tables for working and dinning as well as the customary wifi network. Outside there is porch with big wooden chairs and tables to enjoy the standard but popular coffee house fair without the pretentious names for sizes or items. Additionally, there are other delights beyond coffee and pastries such as sandwiches and more. This is a great place to take a coffee break and decompress.

Great location, awesome staff, and of course the coffee is amazing. Im upset that it took me this long to make the move from S_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ to Caribou, their coffee is top quality. This location near Lenox mall is great for people watching, yet quiet enough to get the laptop out and get work done. The woodsy interior is comfy and the music is soothing and soft enough not to be disturbing. Love it.

Love, love, love this place! Coming from Minnesota I am disheartened to see that metro Atlanta has no concept of great coffee. I say that because there are so few Caribou locations! Speaking of locations, this has always been a favorite because it is such a classic Caribou experience with the rustic decor and great customer service. Did I mention that they serve EXCELLENT coffee??

Coffee is a bit pricy, even by your normal coffee shop standards. However, the turkey ciabatta bread was probably the best coffee shop sandwich Ive had anywhere. Its not the biggest sandwich for what you pay, but it was great. If youre looking for a comfortable coffee shop atmosphere amid the bustle of Buckhead, this is your place. (Just be aware that parking can be scarce.)

Ok, are you ready for a smile or a laugh??? Ever fattening yet so delish, Monkey Bread and a Strawberry Banana fruit "sugar" smoothie. Of course not at the same time. Love the quaint aromatic comfy inside, chalkboard challenges that spawn 10% off, and of course the coffee /sidewalk charm. (& Chick fil A right across the street).

*EDIT*: It has been VERY hot in there lately. Definitely not a good environment for studying/working. And WAY TOO hot to enjoy a hot coffee. Management, PLEASE start using the AC! I love this place otherwise. Great place to work or study, although some of the seating can be a bit uncomfortable.

Its your basic coffee chain with a drive through. Its a nice location, near MARTA and a lot of office buildings. I got the cooler (blended/iced coffee) - I did not like it as it was too liquidy and not slushy enough (think of Starbucks Frapp). The fizzy tea was good that my wife got..

My coffee blew up in my lap ( thank goodness i got iced) and they were very helpful and didnt charge us for another. It was good we stopped because my husband and i were on our honeymoon and where we live they dont have a caribou near and it took him back to his minnasota days.

horrible service for a place that is always so crowded. They wont reload my card or take the discounts loaded to my card. The same staff member who makes these mistakes over and over throughout the year is still employed there. The clientele must be more forgiving than I am

Whenever I make it to the Atlanta area, I always make sure to stop here. The service is top notch, atmosphere is fun, and the coffee is reasonably priced and actually better than Starbucks, plus they offer buy 5 drinks get one free card.

The most important first - they stay open late, most of the nights until 11PM and couple nights till Midnight. Second, their coffee is great, both coffee and espresso. Third, awesome staff. Fourth, place is clean, cozy and well kept.

Nice walk-to alternative to the hotel restaurants around it for a morning repast if youre visiting the area --- offering a lovely assortment of coffee & tea beverages plus an ampling variety of breakfast items.

I witnessed a black lady with very long nails that worked the window. She was slow and wet rude. My order was completely wrong. Her nails were curved, green, and long. I wont be back.

Good alternative to Starbucks with a more rustic vibe ( tho definitely still a chain). Parking isnt the best considering how busy this place usually is but its always worked out.

Just rolled through drive-thru ordered a medium coffee with soy & two splenda. Got black coffee. If they cant get that right whats the point. Note: only 1 car behind me in line.

They burnt the coffee and the drive through took forever. Pastries disgusting. The least you can expect is for the coffee to taste good but they couldnt even get that right.

Terrible place. Running the AC full blast on a 30° degree day. There is a homeless man perpetually in here. The place gets crowded and miserable. It is full of grumpy people.

I found it very interesting and had relatively better service than Starbucks. Coffee quality is equivalent though. Theres nothing like a good coffee and the morning.

Camp fire smore mocha is worth the drive here every time we visit Atlanta. It was very crowded inside but we took our drinks to go so Im not docking a star for it.

This location is popular and its always crowded. The staff is unhelpful and very frustrating. The one off 75 is more customer oriented than this one.

The dark roast iced coffee here is much better than other coffee chains. Granted its the same price as other places and the service was slower.

If you are looking for anything but a pour over, this place has the usual lattes and cold drinks. Has a nice ambiance but I wont be back.
