I actually think that this new location is easier to access and exit than the old store. Or, at least, you have more options. With that in mind, ATL (and Roswell) drivers are incredibly inconsiderate and selfish...most will not let you out into traffic, so you have to gird your loins and punch the throttle. But none of that has a thing to do with this KK. Clean, open, bright store. The bathroom is nice, although Ill be surprised if it is still nice after the sheen wears off and the employees settle in. For now, the staff is nice and efficient, although I did park and go into the store to ogle the goods. Krispy Kreme and Subway are two places that you shouldnt complain about glacial service in the drive-thru. The angled parking spaces on the Mansell side are narrow, as if they were painted by an elf with a paint brush in each hand. The parking lot is roomier than most in the area and navigation isnt hazardous, if you are half-ass paying attention. Even though the glazing conveyor belt is in plain view behind the cases of nuts, the selection isnt what I expected. Specifically, I was pining for blueberry cake donuts, which I was informed are seasonal items. WTH!? This was one of my wishes that arose from the move from the old location, that the new store would have a better selection of classic KK varieties. No dice. I had to complete the loop and go to the QT and settle for some glazed blueberry fritters. While Im kvetching, 99 cents for a glazed donut approaches sublime inanity. You could get a McDouble for that much loot. I realize that there are quantity discounts, but its damned unconscionable that a single, solitary glazed donut costs a dollar.

Frozen doughnuts? The dozen doughnuts we got were everything but frozen. The donuts were freezing. The lady who took the order through the drive thru was extremely rude. She didnt like the fact we asked for a minute asked 2 times in about 30 seconds if we were ready. Ordered 6 chocolate creme filled, 2 glazed and the rest chocolate glazed. She repeated the order wrong 2 times. We got to the window and asked her what she had us down for and again the order was wrong. She gave us a nasty attitude and she said twice that is not what we said. My husband said the first time we ordered you got that part right and you repeated that part to us. Then she said you changed your mind then, NOT ONE TIME DID WE CHANGE OUR MINDS!!! All this with her facial expressions like she wanted to fight. So I believe that is why she gave us nearly FROZEN doughnuts. Never in 30 plus years have I received a cold donut From KK. We will not go here again, just plain rude!!!!

We stopped by this morning to pick up 10 dozen boxes of donuts. 5 dozen were supposed to be assorted. First, the lady at the front gave us an attitude about us wanting to ORDER & PAY FOR more than two jugs of coffee saying we were going to "break her machine". Then when we got to the office we realized the 5 boxes that were supposed to be assorted were actually glazed, but we were still charged double for them. Been trying to call for the past hour but no one is even answering the phone. VERY UNHAPPY AND THIS NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED ASAP.

Nothing like coming in the morning and being ignored by a non customer oriented cashier whom you have to wait to magically appear from the back licking her fingers. Cant greet, can smile, cant obviously care less about the customer. The guy making the donuts was hustling and greeted everyone coming in while the other two young women were training each other on routine duties. Finger licking donuts, too bad the fingers that are licked are all over your box, the cash register, ...ewww

This location was out of regular glazed donuts at 10am on a Saturday, so I decided to buy some chocolate glaze and go to another location to get the regular glazed. When I purchased the regular glazed from the other location, I took a sec to compare size and found that the chocolate glazed from the Alpharetta location were considerably smaller....I felt robbed!! Krispy Kreme needs to start measuring the size of their donuts just like Subway has to measure the size of their subs!!

Called up there, they usually never answer the phone. When they did I called in reference to my application. Manager told me he didnt have time to check and hung up in my face. If youre not hiring just take the sign down. Going as a walk-in the donuts are as expected, but the service is horrible. Employees are nonchalant and only care about their paychecks instead of creating an at least decent experience to the customers. Dont come here.

Theres absolutely nothing that compares to a warm, fresh, fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth Krispy Kreme donut. They have several flavors including blueberry, but there is utterly no substitute for the original glazed donut that rocketed Krispy Kreme to fame. If you have never had a warm and fresh Krispy Kreme original glazed donut, then you will never regret taking the time to treat yourself to this unbelievable edible masterpiece.

Past 3 trips ( all around 7:30pm) weve had cold donuts while the hot sign has been on and I request a dozen hot. When I told the employee she acted very inconvienced that I would ask for hot donuts and responded with itll be 10 minutes if you want to wait.... this location has never had a problem before but the past 6 months all recent trips have been a bad experience....Dont trust the hot sign it doesnt mean anything

Rude service and fairly dirty. I was rushed to make the decision for my children even though no one else was waiting. I would have just left but I promised Krispy Kreme to them, remembering how much I loved them when I was young. The doughnuts here though arent all that great and Id rather go to DD and have more options, a patient staff and cleaner environment. I wont be back.

The Pumpkin Cheese Cake Doughnut is an experience unmatched. This is the best confectionery delight known to me. I encourage everyone to take a trip to : Krispy Kreme 10781 Alpharetta Hwy Roswell, GA 30076 and enjoy the great coffee and a great treat that wont leave you feeling stuffed and heavy. These folks are on to something. Youll love it.

1/04/2015 9:40pm. Would rate zero. Im from the Carolinas and this is the first time in my life Ive got a raspberry filled donut that wasnt filled. Hire a better night manager because this one sucks. Will be complaining to corporate office in Carolina about this one. Now I have to eat my donuts before leaving the store because of this.

Their app and website says the drive thru is open all day but the lobby is open at 6 am. The drive thru doesnt open until 6 either. Very misleading. Also I ordered two dozen original. It took 10 min at the window to get my donuts and pay. This is your basic order. You should have originals hot and ready to go without a wait.

Very quick in serving me,but the women employees there had a gossip fest early in the morning the entire time i was in there trying to enjoy my doughnuts,i started to ask them for advice on how to make a million dollars, but i thought about it&said to myself you better find the exit sign.
