Went there for the first time this morning. We have been frequenting another coffee shop in the downtown Roswell area that we love. But unfortunately it isnt open on Sunday mornings, which is a shame. So we needed to find something that we liked for Sunday mornings. I think we found it. I had seen the signs with the Counter Culture Coffee, but had not ventured in. I checked the reviews and the Chicken Biscuit was raved about. We had lattes, which were descent and fit the bill for us. Definitely a step up from Starbucks and less money. We ordered the Chicken Biscuit which was only 3:50.......added an egg and cheese ( brie)for another dollar which I thought was a steal EXCELLENT. Hubby says that next time he will order the Fried green tomato one. Look delicious. We did order beinets, but they werent fresh made and tasted more doughnuty than traditional style with powdered sugar. Wouldnt order those again.....but the other sweet goods looked amazing and would go back and try. We will most likely be here on Sunday mornings. Keep up the good work Sugar Shack!

Terrible, HORRIBLE customer service. We are part of a local business in Roswell and like to order breakfast from our neighbor restaurants. We love the ooey gooey biscuits and we wish we knew what was in their fabulous pimento cheese. However, we will never give Sugar Shack our professional or personal business again. This morning we sent an intern over to pick up about 20 biscuit orders only for him to be cursed at and feel ashamed for having burdened them with our large order. They were nasty to him and missed two orders... possibly on purpose? Maybe they dont appreciate the business but we got the message loud and clear. We wish them the best of luck and hope theyll treat other customers (hopefully with just one or two orders only) with more respect and appreciation.

Fantastic selection of deliciousness from the traditional chocolate chips to gluten-free options, New Orleans-style beignets, ice cream, and an occasional surprise menu option. One thing, however. Dont expect the operating hours to be accurate. "Open" doesnt mean the delectable desserts are ready. If you wanted to surprise your officemates with fresh baked items, you may be disappointed at 8:45 to realize that, although the restaurant opens to the public at 8:00, the availability is extremely limited. The good news regarding scheduling is that many days they are open until 9 p.m.

The desserts her are delicately delicious, if thats even a word. I had the red velvet cookie it was fresh and had just right amount of sweetness ( sweet but not to sweet). All of the pastries looked freshly made and they had awesome flavors for ice cream such as the banana pudding and etc... Service was quick and I hear the Blondie Brownies are to die for, also its literally a shack in the back. Well, its a cute little cottage in the back of another cottage. I will definitely be back when in the area.

The scones! Omg the scones are just everything! Every time I come here I say Ill get something different but then I keep going for the scones. Everything else looks delicious too, and people in line say they enjoy the muffins and various other desserts but seriously for me I cant get past their scones.

We traveled from Tampa and were in need of some fresh dairy free coffee. We mapped away from Starbucks and dunkin donuts to find a local place. Carmen unlocked the door to us before opening time, affirming southern hospitalities still exist. Thank you Carmen for the service and the wonderful coffee!

We go regularly( family of 6) and always love the experience. Once you have a biscuit from SSiTB you will never want to go elsewhere. Their chicken biscuit is absolutely the real deal. Oh, add pimento cheese and an egg its an experience.
