I had a terrible experience here. I will never ever drink or eat anything from a Starbucks again. I am advising all friends and family and anyone who reads this to do the same. If I could give this no stars I would, but the staff were friendly so they get a star. I got a Mocha Frappuccino. Let me start off here. The coffee was just nasty. It tasted like nothing I had ever tasted. It was just so bland. You couldnt tell it was even coffee if you had your eyes closed. It was extremely thick and it had no ice in it. Then when I stopped drinking I got some whipped cream in my mouth and it was the same, but really light. So this was our first stop on our way back to Jacksonville. Maybe in Macon I started feeling itchy and I looked where I was scratching. My arms, my legs, my neck, and my feet were covered in just raised rashes. I was really scared because I thought it was flesh eating bacteria and so I went and got checked and they said I had had an allergic reaction to something. Whatever in the world they put in that coffee must have done it. It was like drinking glue. I tried Dunkin Donuts and had no problems, and I think I prefer it now. It as been almost 2 weeks and I still have that whatever. Probably ebola. I urge everyone to at least stay away from this place and go to a different Starbucks if you need it that bad.

I did not care my experience here. The drive thru easy wrapped around the building. I went inside and found at least 8 employees standing around but only one making coffee. I spoke to the the manager after waiting 15 minutes for my coffee. Thats was with just one other person in front of me. I asked her what was going on and I stated there needs to be more than one person making coffee. She said she would pitch in to help the person out, but your a manager why does a customer have to point out to you that your store is out of control? You are allowing your customers to wait huge amounts of time because you dont have the sense to have at least three people make coffee. The store has long lines in and outside the store! On a Sunday afternoon too? Come on Starbucks get it together.

TERRIBLE. CAFFEINE CHAOS. Disaster. They should close this location based on bad service, bad layout and traffic chaos. Drive-through was jammed at 2pm, thus, folks cannot get in or out of parking spaces. (Honking ensued.) The person taking orders was very confused and placing orders that staff yelled out "WE ARE OUT OF THAT, stop ordering!" The painfully small and poorly laid out interior was jammed with people on laptops. There is no other Starbucks around, so this one is busy. But the chaos was not worth the caffeine. As for the coffee and tea, slightly below average, but they ran out of a lot of other items.

I would like to visit my neighborhood store. When will this owner learn this site is cramped, dirty in and out of reach for customers. First. I could not get in the parking space nor get in line to order. Cars were parking in Walgreens parking lot. Cars were lined up on Eagles Landing highway. This is a zoo!!!!! I got out the death trap, went on over to Jonesboro Rd. I got my order, relaxed in the sun, and read the paper. Take that manager from that site and let that person straighten out your Eagles Landing site. It is a mess over there. Seriously, go see for yourself.

I decided to give this location one more try and of course they got it wrong! The first time I ordered here, I waited for almost 20 minutes for a sandwich that never came. This morning, I specifically told the cashier how I wanted my order and she didnt get it right!! And there was only two other customers there since it was 5:45am. I will NOT go to this location again. Id rather travel the extra two miles out of the way to ensure I get what I ordered and HOW I ordered it!

This location has gone down the drain. IT no longer is a great location to get coffee from. The coffee is subpar and tastes like 2 dollar coffee that you can get at the gas station down the road. i went to purchase coffee today around 5:30 am and the store was not open and the employees were just casually conversing with one another. Bottom line do not go here, the coffee is weak, food and service is terrible. This is the fourth time they have messed up.

Ideal Starbucks location and excellent staff. There are two locations close to me in Hampton and McDonough but their service and drink preparations are incomparable to the Hudson Bridge Location which I will definetly travel the extra distance for. This locations staff are one of several reasons that I love Starbucks. Wish they could all be this friendly and provide the services exactly as ordered as this location!!

First of all -- parking. Parking is insane here. Just doesnt make sense. Parking and drive-through are both a struggle to even navigate (can only imagine going early morning during busy hours). Also, when I got my drink, it had sticky vanilla syrup dripping down the side so getting that all on me wasnt fun. I ordered the London Fog late and the woman accepting me didnt know what that was.... staff is nice overall.

I always go here right when the store opens on Friday mornings and the staff is always friendly and lively. They recommend various drinks to me from time to time which I enjoy but they have not really tried to get to know me. The only reason I bring that up though is because that is a standard that Starbucks has for its employees and as a gold member, I feel as though they should at least recognize me by now.

This place is awful they screwed up my whole parties drinks. None of the flavored frappocinos had flavoring in it, they put expired whipped cream on everything. The bathrooms were not clean and the siding was coming off the walls. They have poor customer service to the point where they will refuse to do anything custom, and if they screw up they will begrudingly fix it. TLDR do not

Hey starbucks drive thru patrons, the drive thru isnt the place to order 5 different drinks on 3 different orders, to order breakfast sandwiches and cookies and a Frappuccino and a special coffee with all these different types of things in it that arent standard, and definitely its not the place for gab sessions or gossiping!! And starbucks employees, stop encouraging the gabbing!!

Horrible service. On my last visit the barista couldnt stop texting long enough to make the orders. I waited what seemed like forever for an incorrect order then had to wait even longer while they corrected it. She never stopped texting even though she got at least three orders wrong while I was there. Its always a bad experience at this location and I try to avoid it.

Okay first off I went through the drive-thru and the terrible not yet I got it was just had two things to order and it wasnt like I was about ordering a grocery list of items 130 spinach feta wrap was burnt the coffee tasted like cheap $2 gas gas station coffee drive-through isnt the place to go and I definitely try another Starbucks location other than this
