I give two stars instead of one because a previous experience I had with a young lady left a good feeling afterwards and a beautifully made drink. The low rating is because I asked for a macchiato with the bitter sweet chocolate sauce instead of the caramel and an extra shot of espresso. As I pulled up to the window, the employees seemed to be arguing and flustered. I got neither the sauce nor the expresso I asked for. They didnt give me a receipt either. They didnt inform me of the fact they didnt want to or couldnt replace the caramel in the macciato. They didnt ask if I wanted a receipt or a cup holder for the multiple drinks I had before closing the drive thru window and walking away. My friend ordered a double chocolate chip frappachino and it did not taste good either. I rarely go to Starbucks. And I usually get good service so I was quite dissapointed and upset. I dont plan on going to that location again. I will just go to the one that is in the Decatur square or the one inside of the Target in Tucker. I also wont give it one star because I was pressed for time and didnt go inside to resolve the issue or complain. Perhaps if given a chance they could redeem them selves yet I dont have a receipt to prove my order either. Shame...

IM NOT PAYING FOR A CUP OF WHIP CREAM!!! Ive visited this store a few times because it is closer than my favorite store, but I have been disappointed each time. Oddly enough my complaint is in regards to the amount of coffee in my cups! Each time my cup is under filled with coffee and OVER filled with whip cream. I like the whip cream to cool off my first few sips of hot coffee, but for the amount of money I pay for this coffee I expect more than I have been receiving from this store. Any other store I visit my cup is almost filled to the top with just enough whip cream. PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR STAFF WITH MORE TRAINING!! YOU GUYS ARE LOSING CUSTOMERS IN A VERY HIGHLY POPULATED AREA!! Id rather walk in to the Starbucks located in the Kroger on N. Decatur than visit this store again.

I think theyre trying. It isnt working yet. In addition to incredibly long wait times and a generally dour, inattentive staff, frequently unstocked condiments and cream at the preparation area, a ridiculous parking situation and a drive-thru lane that will almost guarantee an overheated engine, the Pikes Place coffee here is often weak. Baristas here would benefit from a few weeks internship at Briarcliff/Lavista. They get it DONE, and their Pikes Place is SLAMMIN. Hoping for a turnaround soon, Id like to frequent the store.

This Starbucks is ridiculously slow. Do not come here if youre in a hurry during ANYTIME OF THE DAY. I keep fooling myself that its just that time everytime I visit but they are slow whether you go in or wait in the drive thru. Today, It is extremely slow. There are 4 people working: 1 person on the drive thru register, 1 person on the main register and no one making drinks. I had to wait 20 minutes for my drink and when I didnt have to wait at all to order. Not to mention they usually mess my order up

They had my java chip drink perfectly made. The staff seem to be getting the hang of it. It looks small from the outside but is actually large. It also has nice outside terrace seating section, equipped with parasols if necessary. For wheelchair users, theres a ramp and handicap parking space. The strange thing is: the parking is slanted downhill, not by mechanical design but terrain is set that way. There are two angled ramp that will get you to the entrance. Hope that helps...

This is my local Starbucks and I go there on an average of twice a week. Ive only been inside twice, so the majority of time I go through the drive-thru. This drive-thru is always exceedingly slow. It is not uncommon on a Saturday morning at 10 to wait 30 to 35 minutes for two coffees. Even if there are only two or three cars ahead of me, it takes about 10 minutes to get through the line. I hope they can learn to be more efficient. The staff, however, is always very courteous.

Not sure what takes longer - a two person line for a Publix sub or a four car line at this drive-thru? 50% chance your order is correct, but 100% chance it takes more than 15 minutes no matter the time of day or number of cars. To their credit, the crew is always in good spirits despite pitiful management and training. Dont try going inside to avoid the drive-thru. Its just as mind-numbing.

HORRIBLE Starbucks!!! Terrible service. Placed an online order and had to wait 20-30 mins to get my drinks once I got there. They didnt have one of the drinks and then couldnt figure out how to do a refund. Made me wait to do the refund until they served every other customer that came in after me. Absolutely unacceptable. Would give them zero stars if I could.

The WiFi just got an upgrade to Google Fiber, making this a fantastic place to fuel up on some caffeine and crank out some work in a well-lit, conveniently located venue. Suburban Plaza has a Walmart, Sport Clips, and an LA Fitness, making this a great place to work as you can crank out some reps or check off some errands after you clock out for the day.

This is the slowest Starbucks that Ive been to. Its close to my job so I usually stop by before work. The drive thru wait time is always 10-15 minutes or longer. There is always at least 5-6 people behind the counter but it seems like everyone is cleaning up instead of servicing its customers. I honestly dont know why the service is so slow.

It is realy not organized....they will ask your name and then throw and leave your order on the counter without calling.... every time i order cinemon coffee cake...they either give me wrong order or very hard and uneatable cofee cake. .will stop coming and go back to decatur downtown or inthe kroger shop...

These baristas have worked incredibly hard to come from where they started. From being brand new hired baristas to being one of the busiest stores in their area, they arent perfect just yet- but neither is anyone else in this world and they are figuring it out. I think with time theyll be just fine.

The staff are very friendly, the place is not very loud. The playlist and the coffee is always good. However I think the owner need to hire more people lately they have been closing earlier than their closing time because they are short staff and they would not announce in advance.

Brand new location. It has more seating inside than you might think. Internet was insanely slow when I was there. I like to do school work at Starbucks, but I need a fast connection. This is the first time Ive been to a location that didnt have excellent internet.

Appears all of the original reviews were deleted? Extremely slow service. Also, dont show up an hour before closing because there might not be any regular coffee brewing. This has happened to me on three occasions. Easier to go to Lavista location. Better service.

Worst Starbucks in existence. They are slow, the average wait in the morning is 35 to 45 minutes. They also prepared a mocha with spoiled milk in it last time I went through. Unfortunately I took a sip before I noticed. Was sick all morning. Disgusting.
