Easily the best experience Ive had in a long time. The cashier and manager went above and beyond excellent service. When I asked to purchase a mug after having already paid for my meal, the cashier gave me a discount as I wouldnt need the free coffee that was included in the original price of the mug. Amazing and very considerate. I left very pleased, but more incredibly, I dropped one of the coffees I was carrying while getting into my car, and while I was cleaning up the mess, the cashier ran outside with a replacement, explaining that the manager had seen the tragedy from the window. Amazing ladies, brand new location, excellent experience. I will go out of my way to frequent this store!

I was in Dallas Forth Worth, rented a car was pulling out, saw this new location. We stopped 2 coffees and 2 bagels with egg & cheese, 20.00, how in the world is that affordable. We could have had a sit down breakfast for this cost. Amazed how a company can run a business with such high prices. The staff was great and the location looked new and expensive, that might explain the cost. Needless to say I wont be stopping at Einstein Bros Bagels any longer, even the coffee was a smaller cup. The people and food were nice the cost was not.

I have never witnessed a group of individuals so unmotivated to even merely exist, let alone prepare food. When orders are prepared they are laid on top of the counter, they guy who prepared the bagel then turns around facing away and mumbles your order at an inaudible fashion so everyone is confused and has no idea which is theirs. Then 3 to 5 strangers awaiting their bagels handle your food on accident in the turmoil that is the quest for their plain bagel with salmon and capers. Go to another location

I really want to like Einsteins Bagels, but this location makes that really difficult. This restaurant is always filthy inside, with crumbs, garbage, and spilled drinks all over the tables and floors. The staff is generally pretty rude and apathetic. If youre lucky, theyll actually put their cell phones down and look in your direction while they take your order. Its too bad, considering that their food is really good. Im looking for another bagel place in Atlanta.

I dont know if there werent enough employees working or something but on a Sunday when its morning youd expect there to be enough staff to take an order. I walked in saw that it was okay busy Ive seen it a lot busier and try to order something simple. I stood there waiting for almost 10 minutes and no one even said hi or give me one second instead they were figuring out some other orders that for some reason they couldnt make so I had to walk out

I love the smoothies and sandwiches, but the drive-through service is unacceptable. I keep giving them chances, but I should have learned by now. 5th time in the past few months that Ive spent 20 minutes in this particular locations drive-through, with cars sitting still for 5 solid minutes before moving. And the people who work here are so slow and apathetic. Not coming back once Im no longer stuck in this line...

This is a GREAT Einsteins Location!! I was already a fan of the bagels, knowing them to be soft, chewy and with a great selection of cream cheese flavors!! However, this particular location has very friendly and speedy service, especially impressive as they are balancing a very busy drive through with counter service. Basically, this is a fine, friendly, delicious breakfast / lunch option you should try.

Staff is polite but the drive through is insanely slow regardless of the time of day. Writing this review while sitting in the drive through at 9:30 am, which should be reasonably off-peak time for a breakfast/lunch place. Ive gone in once and it was almost as slow, but slightly better. Management needs to streamline, or retrain because a "fast food" type place like this really shouldnt be this slow.

Pull up to the drive thru and waited for at least 3 minutes without acknowledgement from anyone . I finally say "hello" and then an employee tells me they are closed . I look at the clock and its 4:03- they closed at 4 . If you are closed , thats fine however you should definitely have said something instead of just letting someone sit there and wait . Do better !

Today I ordered a sesame Bagel Double Toasted with light butter with a large coffee . What I got was a burnt black bagel with cream cheese and the coffee was cold This is not a one-time situation I live so close I think Ill have to be desperate for bagels and coffee from now on to go to this one I love the brand I go to the one in Vinings which is always excellent

Very slow and inaccurate service. This morning it took 20 minutes in drive through and my order was wrong. I dont have time to go back but thats just unacceptable. There were no apologies for the slow service either. I could go across the street to Starbucks and the bagel shop in Toco Hills Shopping Center for faster service. I doubt Ill be back to this location.

Great place to grab a quick coffee and sandwich to go before work. I enjoy the Egg white and turkey sausage sandwich and the asparagus mushroom and egg white sandwich. The drive thru can be very fast or very slow depending on the day but the food is good. Great bagels and coffee. What more do you meed?

Trapped in drive through for over 10 minutes. No way out once in with a car behind you. Went at 12:30pm for lunch and Einstein BAGELS had no plain bagels - or any bagels suitable for a tuna sandwich. They had cinnamon raisin, blueberry and french toast bagels. What? Einsteins is no genius.

I bought an orange juice but could get a straw. The cashier says they ran out of it. Ran out of straws at the store where fountain soda and juice are being sold? And no apology from the employee. She answered to me indifferently while doing her own cashier work. Is this place going down?

Not a good value. $7 for bagel and lox, but you only get two skinny slices of lox, one on each half of the bagel, that is. Not great coffee either (basically the same as Dunkin Donuts, but more expensive. Two stars since they didnt argue when I returned everything, but Im not going back.

Very unprofessional employees. I waited in front of the counter for a few minutes while the employees just kept cleaning a few feet away as if I wasnt even there. When I finally said something, one of the employees got really snarky before taking my order. Will not go back.

Staff was friendly. I studied here until closing time (5 pm), and the employees gave me some free bagels to take home that would have otherwise been thrown away. I also got free coffee near the end of the day (4:30 pm or so) since extra coffee had been brewed. Sweet!

Didnt get to order but spent 10 minutes in the drive thru...what the heck do they serve that takes 5 mins a car? They need to pull cars up if it will take over 90 seconds for their order to be ready in the drive thru-once you drive in, theres no way out.
