my experience was great until i realized that i had been misled. after being misled, i wanted to do business with another store and asked them what i needed to do to cancel transaction and the y told me i had topay a 35 dollar restocking fee. i dont know about yall, but that seems rediculous to me becasuse i havent even seenthe box or opened it and they tell me i have to pay a fee. so i then talked to LEANN who obviously didnt understand how rediculous this is and doesnt care about customer retention at all. If i didnt like verizon so much, i would just get an iphone

I dont really like the new Verizon store. No counter, no obvious service or support department. Assistants float through with tablets and are cheerful ... but its hard to get answers without them consulting with each other, and no one seems to be in charge. Good news, you can still buy a phone and walk out with it ... but for everything else ... go to your account on line, while simultaneously calling customer support. Its the only way to get anything close to their old level of service.

DJhoanna is the best sales lady. She answered all my questions, help me decide on the best phone for me to replace the one I had that broke. When I have any questions about my bill or new options she has all the answers. Thanks Verizon for having a great sales staff.

Store manger could really put himself into our shoes rather than being focused on sales and sales number. Coming from T-Mobile I should of stayed with T-Mobile at least they care and went the extra mile to take care of there customers.

Best phone service out there. Its Verizon. On this visit all was good and they were able to take care of my issues. If you want reliable phone service go to Verizon. They are not the least expensive.
