Very shady and deciving. I went in to purhase a new phone and change my plan. 30$ phone 30$ plan from a 80$ phone and a 60$ plan.My total was 65$. The phone doesnt work as said. Will hardly load web pages even with 4g. I wanted to return it and pay 20$ more for the phone I had for 8 months prior. They refused and told me to go up to McDonalds for wifi service then. The bill total was 65 dollars... 30 phone plus 30 bill plus tax. When I came in to return the phone and ask why I was receiving parent notices he said I was charged a upgrade fee and mumbled 2 other fees he wouldnt repeat.They bold face scammed me. Do not go here. So I got worse service and worse plan and a worse phone and was charged 30$ extra. Plus a upgrade fee. When I refused to leave he said Im going to call the police. These are terrible people look at the picture of there store on Google they got some hood rat in front of there store in a metro store. These city slickers are out here trying to scam good people out of there money. Dont go here!!!

The gentlmen I talked to when i went in, really helped me out. When I said I was a little short, although I had to decline, offered me lower prices and was very helpful with pricking out my new phone. My mother goes through then and I was on her plan before getting my own. So when I went in to set up my own account under them, he helped me out by pointing me to the best phone available in my price range. Metro may not be socially top of the line but for those who are short on money I would definitely suggest metro to them!

How do you know the phones are refurbished? I believe you, I am curious as to how you learned that information. My warranty phone started acting up within a couple of weeks of getting it. It was supposed to be new. Doesnt seem like it, when the same problems cropped up on new one.

Carl at this store is a liar, he has terrible customer service. He sold me a phone and then said come in and we will exchange it when it stopped working 2 days later. I drove out there and now he will not even help. He is screaming at me! Do not go there ever

This place is such a scam. They sell refurbished phones but say they are new. No wonder why this store deals with a bunch of warranty claims. This place is very, very sketchy. I do not recommend doing business with this location.

PLEASE NEVER GO TO THIS METRO !!!!!! HE IS A LIAR LOUD MOUTH AND YELLS AT EVERY ONE. HE WILL NOT HELP BUT TRYS TO TALK YOU INTO BUYING THINGS YOU DONT NEED. BLUE TOOTH SPEAKERS FOR $60 YOU CAN BUY AT WALMART FOR $24.
